Went in at approximately 6:30 pm. Blond girl saw me walk in - no acknowledgement of my presence. Roughly 3 minutes later, returns to take my order (believe she went into the rear of store). During the order, there was no greeting, nothing. I had to say the first words. I would never hire her in a client/customer facing role. She successfully made an iced latte. I don't plan on revisiting this store.

Great service! Manager is always helpful and the crew ensures fast and hot food with perfecr accuracy on orders. I've been to many Dunkin and this spot is very clean and run very well. They even handle busy times quite well. Don't be afraid to give a tip for the great service!

Really unhappy with this location. Last Sunday 11/20 I tried to go inside at 6:14 PM & the door was locked - the workers were inside and mouthed they were closed even though the hours on the door state they close at 6:30. Today, I went through the drive thru to get a latte and the greeter, was extremely rude & then on top of it when I pulled up all the workers were inside laughing and I had to wait at least 3 minutes for my latte for it to taste burnt and not even full. I went inside & the manager and her workers laughed at me in my face and gave me dirty looks. & the manager claims this latte has foam-not sure where. Truthfully this is horrible customer service.

Absolutely horrible I wouldn’t suggest this location to anyone. They are rude to the customers & rude to their own staff. It’s a shame a corporation with such a big name would have people like this working at the front. The food took too long & their restrooms are a complete mess. Please do better by the people that keep the store running which is the customer.

Today this DD shop refused to let a 78 year old feeble senior use the bathroom. The Woman behind the Counter first lied and said it was out of order! Then asked the woman if she planned to buy something. The woman explained yes she was going to buy something but really needed to use the bathroom urgently. The woman behind the counter told her she would have to get in line and purchase something FIRST before being able to use the restroom. My 27 year old son & his 7 year old son were in line watching this unfold. My son said that she was with him & he was going to buy something. The woman behind the counter told him to mind his own business! He made his donut purchase not wanting to upset his son and asked for her name… she refused to give it. So he asked her coworker who responded she didn’t want to get involved. The woman behind the counter then told my son to get out and never come back into that store! My son came home extremely upset over how rude & disrespectful the woman behind the counter was. Enter Mom!!! I drove back to that location & saw the woman behind the counter. I waited for her to turn so I could get a clear picture of her then without a work went over to speak to the elderly female to inquire if she was the one denied access to the restroom & ask if she was ok. She was. We chatted for a few minutes and she explained that she really needed to use the restroom urgently but the server behind the counter was extremely rude to her! She validated my sons story. I was in disbelief & upset. I thanked the woman & as I turned to leave I said to the server “YOU!!!!! DONT BE RUDE TO PEOPLE” she turned and seeming to know exactly what I was referring to said “You weren’t here” to which I replied “ no but my son & grandson were” & you were rude to them too!” I told her she was going to be internet famous & now I’m on my way to make sure no Senior Citizen is EVER treated this way again! How awful she was! I will never set place in this establishment again. To make matters worse…. She gave us the wrong donuts. Hope she understands Karma!

Worst DD/BR I've ever been to. The kids working there are lazy and slow, bought ice cream the 2 scoops in a cup and the girl gave me the littlest amount you could possibly give anyone. I mean really I unwhat 2 scoops is but It only took 4 bites and it was done. Waste of my money and time. And the attitudes on this kids. If you hate your job that much don't work there. I didn't make you work there so I shouldn't have to pay for it because you hate your life and job. If I could so 0 stars I would!

Not my usual Dunkin' donuts This place is right down the street from where I live. The girl that took my order at the drive-thru acted like she couldn't understand anything I said I had to repeat myself several times. The girl at the window that actually handed me my order seemed to catch a little attitude when I asked her to restart my iced coffee because I can see the sugar sitting on the bottom of the glass. The breakfast bites were taste this in the hash browns with still cold in the middle. Next time I'll go to the Dunkin' donuts on route 33 in Millstone where I get great service.

In my experience, drive thru orders have been wrong at least 50% of the time if I'm getting more than 2-3 items. I generally offer a hello, please and thank you, often get nothing in response.
