They made me wait behind a girl who was waiting to have money electronically sent to her. Took ten minutes at least. Then watched as all the people in line behind me got their coffees. When I asked where mine was nobody knew anything. Employees were all over the place and management was either not present or incompetent......

I came in a few hours ago with my friend to get drinks and relax since we just got out of school. As we are going from where u order to where u pick up, I clearly hear the manager say to another worker, “I want them out of here” while looking at us and continue to speak down about me and my friend as she went to the back. I come here every single day but will no longer be returning if that’s how they treat loyal customers. Corporate will be notified.

every single time i go here they mess up my coffee, love dunkin but i feel like i’m being held hostage because this is the closest one to my house

I don’t know what happened to this place it used to be the best Dunkin ever now it’s a mess every time I order I don’t know what I’m gonna get the staff walks around slower than sloths it takes over 20 minutes for a mobile order (with no food I might add) not one thing has been made right in two months. I know staffing is an issue but there are over 10 people working god forbid you order in the store you won’t even get acknowledged even after 15 minutes of standing there. No direction no care for the customer….sorry it’s bad

Went just for donuts shown on the facebook page. Was not disappointed. Best Dunkin, most creative donuts around. Amazing friendly staff, incredible fast service. I will return.

I asked for a croissant stuffer and it was cold so they said they'd remake it. The remake took 10-15 minutes and the remake WAS STILL COLD, colder than the first one. I also got a peanut butter cup iced macchiato with caramel swirl and it was made wrong. The expresso was not separated from the peanut butter cup and caramel flavors like it was supposed to be.
