User Reviews

As much as this particular location is convenient to our residence our coffee is 90% of the time wrong. I wish there was some place else to go but for now we suffer through because we never find out if it's wrong until I get home because I'm usually ordering two or three coffees to bring back for others. It's a vicious cycle.

Absolutely worst experience ever. Ordered 2 coffees and 2 bagels in store. Got the coffees in a timely manner, however bagels were given to drive through customer. Now 20 minutes later still no bagels and ZERO care from any employee here. They seem to be too busy talking about smoking where its not allowed instead of paying customers. Id avoid this place!!

we went through drive-thru and immediately the employee spoke with an attitude, we pulled up to the window and she ignored my sister when she asked a question..just overall attitude, my coffee had absolutely no sugar..just cream and coffee.. yeah no fix your employees attitudes or get new management with all these terrible reviews

First time customer at this location, and this will be my last time here. I was one of Several Customers in line and the employees were too busy having personal conversations regarding their weekend of recreational drug use to help complete orders. The loud back and forth conversation was heavily laced with profanity and inappropriateness, none of which should have been said infront of customers, especially while children were also in line!!! Waited 28 minutes for an order that was forgotten, and when I asked politely about it I was treated as if I was in the wrong for ordering it. Definitely will be telling my friends and family to avoid this place at all costs. Come on Dunkin! Do better

This morning was absolutely uncalled for. 20 minutes in the drive thru. Order messed up at the window which I get. Stuff happens. But the attitude I received was so wrong. Had to repeat my order 5 times and still was getting messed up. The girl with the dark curly hair at the window was so rude. Snatched my card from me and had such a bad attitude. I NEVER go here because it’s so awful but my son wanted Dunkin before school. Never again. Management needs to talk to their employees and especially that one about their attitude to customers.

Waited 30 minutes to get my order in. Some guy was unhappy with his order and said it wasn't made right, then someone took my order brought it back and they expected me to take it???

Unfortunately. Bad service wrong food No experience at all. On the top of that they hired some kids they don't respect customers

This is honestly the best Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. The food is always fresh, including the croissants. They’re fluffy and buttery and they even have grill marks on them! I’ve never been to a Dunkin that cares so much about the quality of food they put out. I come with my boyfriend and it’s by far our favorite.
