So this morning, 7/31/2023 I went to Dunkin. And when I was waiting at the order window for what seemed like forever a man pulled up next to me and said I’m sorry we’re closed. MY MANAGER DIDNT SHOW UP THIS MORNING. So there I was had wasted so much time I wasn’t even able to get my drink. Before having to get to work. Do better Dunkin. Do better. Fire the jerk who left the store unable to open and hire someone else!!!!!

This is like the 3rd time in the past few months I’ve tried to stop around 6:45 am before I have to go to work. And It says open online but it’s closed. The other 2 times someone came out and had an excuse to why they were closed today I saw 2 cars in the parking lot( where staff normally park) just sitting there.

Asked for a bagel with butter and they gave me a cup with a little butter in it. Couldn’t bother to put it on the bagel for me. They’re pure lazy. Not to mention their customer service sucks

For healthcare week our office ordered donuts, bagels, muffins and coffee from the Dunkin on Corning Road. All items were freshly made and delicious. The team loved all of it and were extremely pleased with choosing this Dunkin to order from. We will definitely order in the future. Thank you Cameron Rodabaugh for ensuring our order was freshly made and thank you to your two staff members who helped package everything up this morning. Cameron even called to see how our order was and were we happy with everything. Now that is customer service!! I was very impressed!! The worst customer service ever dude. Went thru the drive thru at 6 am and no bagels. Unmm if the store opens at 5 am how do u not have bagels at 6?!? Had a car with 3 people wanting to order breakfast items yet after ter every item I ordered the cashier kept saying is that it, is that it? Like you could tell her was trying to just get us the heck out of there. Then when it came time to get our food and he's shoving bags and drinks out the window, no good morning or have a nice day. If you guys don't wanna be there, go find something else that doesn't force you to have to deal with people because this isn't the first interaction of the day anyone would enjoy

Stopped for late lunch with kids, staff very nice and helpful. Sandwiches ok. Kids love slushies and donuts there

Dirty machines that really look disgusting. I changed my order after seeing that,I always get an 8 dollar frozen drink but after seeing that never again

I would give this place a 5 star, up until they put this real slow as chic on drive through. She can not shift it into gear and give it gas the same time. I stopped going here for awhile. But other wise the guys do a great job. Love ya boys! Keep up the polite fast service.
