Usually stop every morning. I always get a frozen mocha. It's never made the same so that's a little disappointing, but for the most part it's good. Not really a friendly staff.
I come here twice a week like clockwork and they're always so friendly. I tend to come the day before truck so they're usually out of a few things, but they're quick to offer other options that work just as well. Variety is always lovely, and the app works great; they're very quick with mobile orders. Kudos to morning shift, especially the lady who works the speaker, she's an absolute peach.
Great staff! I came in with a last minute order for three of the gallon coffees! They didn't blink an eye! The pretty older lady just asked would I mind coming in the store to get my order together. Let's just say the staff made 30+ ladies, who traveled for women's retreat from Atlanta, very happy!!! We met JESUS in them hills and at Dunkin!
Literally the best Dunkin I’ve ever been to. They handed me the coffee order before we were even done ordering. Our food was done seconds later. Perfect and exceptional service. Well done Dunkin. I now see why America runs on you.
I've been going to this DD since they opened and even though they have a lot of different people working there, they are generally well managing. The place is always clean and the coffee is almost always good(the odd time that it isn't, it's usually because I order something new, lol).
They were the rudest employees I have ever dealt with. The girl with the purple hair was so disrespectful. They got my coffee wrong, I nicely asked them about it and she rolled her eyes at me and yanked it out of my hand. Then they didn’t even make me another one, they HANDED me a little cup of the ingredients to add into it. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. They are the worst dunkin. Do not recommend at ALL. and they make the drinks awful. Every time.
Great Donuts and Good Service
Dined in for breakfast and had a great experience. The barista recommended a drink based on what I usually like and it was so good. The food was hot and was done quickly. The store was super clean and so were the restrooms. Just had an overall pleasant experience that you don't expect from a "fast food" restaurant.
