08/11/2023 went through drive threw around 6:30am. The quality of the food was satisfactory but the person servicing the window had very little to no customer service skills. After receiving my food I asked for napkins(none was in the bag) ketchup and a extra jelly with a knife. the worker at the window told me that it will be 50cent for these items with a attitude without even looking up from his phone and I gave him the money. The worker gave me a plastic knife with no plastic touching the top with gloves or a napkin after handling money. still no napkins and the jelly. when I then asked for ketchup again he then proceeded to grab a handful of ketchup and throw it at me. I understand people have bad morning but this is the second time i experienced something like this from the same person in the morning and i do not come often

The lady who took the order at the drive thru was very short and had a nasty attitude. The guy at the pick up window was nice. He made up for her rudeness.

The young ladies that work here are so nice and pleasant. You can tell the put care into making your orders. Any drink I order is always perfect.

Pulled up to drive threw took my order pulled around to pay guy standing in drive threw lane for 5 mins got his order but when i pulled up 15 mins later no one came to the window wish i could rate this place a zero

I came in for family breakfast and I wanted hot chocolate on a hot day. I purchased the large, but as the picture shows, the cup was a little more than half full. They corrected it. But still!

On 2/6/22, I went there to order for four people. They had to make my bagel 3 times because they kept forgetting to put my cream cheese on the side. Then they tried to scrape the cream cheese off of the bagel and give it to me. I caught that and they corrected it. The hash browns they gave me were mushy and crumbled, I didn’t catch that, but the final straw was the filthy lid that was on my daughters drink that we did not catch until she was halfway through her drink. I will never go there again and I suggest hat anyone that does, inspect their order thoroughly.

Friday late morning. There was an old man having some issues with his card while paying, he couldn’t figure out how to use the device, so instead of the young cashier will help him she just stood and was talking to her friend. the amount of ignorance is completely opposite to the professionalism. Idiots

If it were possible to give this DD 0 stars, that’s what I would have done. I asked for an Egg and Cheese Wrap, they made it with bacon. I told them that I was vegetarian and needed it to be remade without the bacon. They gave me the same wrap and just took the bacon off. I went back in the store to tell them what they did. They took the wrap back and a minute later handed me the wraps telling me that they remade it again. So, essentially they lied to me about a wrap that I could’ve gotten sick from eating. Awful service!
