The dounts were fine but I was not pleased with the service. I was asking about ordering a Chai latte which is on the menu but the man at the register said he did not have. Which is fine so I went to order another drink and he took it down incorrectly. When I shared with him that he had the wrong drink he rudely said "you need to make up your mind already!"

Coffee always great! Made perfect. Croissants are normally good. Sometimes alittle hard and crumbly. Way better than Ownings Mills location!

I wish 0 stars was allowed, took forever to take orders and then couldn’t accept payment from the car in front of us….also could not speak any lick of punctuation

Entire staff is customer service oriented and well organized during the busy hrs. Quick drive thru. Best DD been too yet. Go there daily for years.

DD was great way back when, but went downhill fast. It got to be so bad in 2017 that we stopped going even for free coffee after a Ravens win and with about $30 left on our app gift card. Fast Forward to 2022, tried them again today. Ordered midnight roast black using the promo with 10 free munchkins. Didn't get the free munchkins and the coffee was super weak. Even if it was original blend, you could see how watery it was when pouring it into my mug. Ended up just brewing a pot of Folgers at home. If you like DD coffee, it may just be that you are mixing it with cream and sugar or enough flavors to spice it up. The core of the drink is still terrible. As for the donuts, I have to admit that their donuts are now much better. Still not as good as they were many years ago, but they are on par with Safeway donuts which raises DD to 2 stars. I have some more money on my DD app, so I'll try again next weekend and edit this review if there is an improvement.

The donuts were expensive for a dozen. They also were not very fresh. The strawberry donuts were a very pale pink color. Of course didn't check until it was too late. Won't be back anytime soon

Coffee is too sweet, iced cappuccino was all ice no coffee. Donuts were thrown in the bag so they were squashed and the chocolate donut I got didnt have any sprinkles which is problem for my child apparently.

The 2 cashiers were disparaging customers in a language they thought People wouldn't understand...but I did understand and quickly exited the restaurant.
