Asked for 2 simple things. The avocado toast w bacon came w one sad piece of bacon on top. They didn’t even make the drink at first, and when I got my “hot“ chai latte it was an iced chai that tasted liked straight milk w/ a hint of chai. “I’m sorry boss”😭😭but this Dunkin hires people with dangerously low iq’s. Don’t go to this Dunkin if you want your order right.

I was headed home but decided to stop for a quick bite. I ordered two sandwiches, two orders of hashbrowns among other things as you see the bagel was burnt. The hashbrowns were so greasy and lukewarm as if they were made hours ago. It was disgusting if you can’t serve your customers correctly, don’t serve them at all. It’s not worth getting sick to your stomach over, if you won’t feed it to your own mother, don’t feed it to someone else’s

Busy with inadequate staff and no iced coffee. Got the wrong drink then waited a while for iced coffee. They are out of ice coffee so took a substitute after waiting a while, and after returning from the failed drive through. Nice staff but had to ignore me while they handled the busy drive in. First time ever had an issue. Usually is great. Today it was not. Lesson is don't leave the driveway until you're set. I would have had them blocked for miles waiting for what did not exist. Same story. Busy store with not enough workers. It's the walmart of coffee.

I thought it was just me.... I began working in Newark in Feb of 22 and the DD location is on the way to the parkway, so very convenient. Every time I stop by in the morning at first 2-3 times a week but now it's maybe 3 times a month, I would get the wrong order, rushed along and usually the bacon is cold with grease on it from sitting so long. The one time I addressed the error the African american (I believe manager) corrected it and was very helpful. A month or so later I had gotten on the parkway with the order wrong and when I returned the next day, I asked for the manager and the young lady said I am the manager (I think she is the assistant mgr.)I had mentioned the continuous issues I've had and she began to yell at me saying that I made the wrong order. I let her know I was just looking to go somewhere and get what I order and have my dunkin crew in the morning. She was so rude, even the other day one of the girls said oh look it's so and so's best friend.....Today I drove past it because after asking them to warm up the bacon yesterday on my order, they still gave it to me cold with cold grease on it. I'm sure the owner of this site is loosing money because of the morning crew...I know they're loosing mine.

hot coffee had grinds in it and bagel barely had cream cheese on it. guy in the drive thru didn’t want to give me my order because i accidentally pressed walk-in. any other dunkin’ would have, management needs to do better here 😴 hence all the 1 star reviews.

I went through the drive thu at 7:30. Marco was at the windo and had a friendly greeting. He took the time to wipe off my iced latte, handing me a clean and dry drink. It made me happy. Shout out to workers who go that extra mile! :-)

Of all of the Dunkin Donuts in Monmouth County this one is by far my favorite. Everytime I come I am greeted with friendly staff who are extremely welcoming and understanding. During my visit today, I was met with a wonderful conversation and amazing customer service at the window and it genuinely made my day. My order is never wrong and they never dissapoint! 100% reccomend.

Ordered bagel bites and were freezing cold. Legit almost fresh out the freezer. Waste of money and never coming back.
