Worst Dunkin ever! The iced latte looked and tasted like cream. Extremely rude woman at the window when I asked if it was the right drink. Trashed it and won’t be back.

I come here every morning and sometimes more than once! I've gotten to know some workers here but one morning, I was running behind. The nice lady recognized my name and my face, (I ordered on the mobile app) when i came inside. However I ordered for the drive thru, but it was so dang long (the 8 o'clock rush) I didn't have time to wait so I walked in, when I placed an order for drive thru... Anyways she helped me get to work on time! All because she took initiative to get my morning coffee ☕ I went back and tipped her and thanked her for she helped me get to work on time and made my coffee perfect! All which made my day run smoothly 🙏 love it! Highly recommend, especially for the locals 😊

Not a large selection of donuts compared to what we usually see in Dunkins but enough we could find enough. Otherwise about what you'd expect from a Dunkin.

Best Dunkin on the east coast if you ask me, and I've been to 3.

Sometimes come through here for a quick breakfast run, and I can honestly say the workers here are nice and service is quick. My complaint is why does every food taste like air fryer doesn’t matter what I get it’s just tastes the same, also got a small coffee half way filled and the rest with whip, but what I can say, the bacon here is amazing, wish they threw more bacon in.

I have tried to make an order. The lady that was working named Jennifer, was super rude to me. I don’t even mind that she didn’t want to serve me just because I was walking through the drive-thru. I am not going to disagree with their company policy. But when I tried to take a picture of the customer care number. She came back out saying that” oh, no problem, you can complain all you want, and my name is Jennifer. They won’t do anything. You can go home to your mom and cry” how rude is this service? I have been going to Dunkin for a very long time, but I have never seen any service like this before. It’s a shame how this company's reputation is being reflected at this location.
