Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" East Providence

When you go every day and order a great one with extra cream... can't call them cause the stupid answering machine. Please don't ask me if I want my usual when you mess it up... now I'm at work 12 hours and stuck with this black coffee.....

I have found the workers to be friendly. This is the only Dunkin' Donuts that makes a frozen coffee that tastes good. I have had some horrible frozen coffees from other Dunkin' Donuts. It seems that the workers don't know how to make them. This is my "go to" place when I'm in the area.

Came to get blueberry munchkins and was told they don't carry them, but they have Blueberry donuts!... I said no, I'm allset. Ordered a cold brew. Got to the window gave her the money, she gave me the coffee and then my change. She reached back out with a bag and said "This is from the Manager!" With a smile on her face. It was a free Blueberry donut! I took the time to write this review because I had been having a terrible morning. And it's not the donut that slightly cheered me up. It was the act of kindness. So Thank you to the Manager !!

This was my go-to spot for years. Revisited out of the blue, and man has this place has gone downhill. Leave the attitude at home guys. Beyond rude.

If i could leave zero stars i would. This is by far the worse Dunkin! Everyone has an attitude. Spend a minimum of $8-$10 a day. Oh and I had to go back because my order was wrong! Never going back. Never!!! Do better!!!

One of the better Dunkins! Everyone who works here is nice and the place is clean. Also the food was better than usual. They have a nice outdoor table to sit at too!

Check your order before you pull away from window, 2 weeks in a row they gave me the wrong order.

Horrible....it's pretty sad when from the register counter to the pickup counter it took 3-4 workers to complete my coffee and coffee bun order.....and no one got it correct....my coffee was disgusting and I asked to have it fixed and they just dumped some out and attempted to fix it that way....making it so muddy and no sugar....I asked 2times...for xxx sugar....when paying almost $4 for a cup they should have started over....but as I waited for that "fixed" cup of coffee I was wondering where my warmed coffee bun.. was...I received my 2nd tried to fix coffee...and still no bun..now I'm 14 mins in...and I wait..patiently and wait till 18mins..and ask again for it....well the 1st girl at the register never told the 2nd person to get me one....so the 3rd person at the pick up had no idea....so 3 people still got the order wrong...but the reason I am writing this lengthy review is that I was with 2 other people and the same was happening with their order and we were all running late again....not the 1st stop here....and when we were on our way thinking all was good with the corrected orders that took 23mins ....and 3-4 employees.... It was still WRONG....AND I LEFT A TIP!!!!...Moral of my story....I am sick of this happening....so no I go to Cumberland Farms and make my own...it's made right...I spend less time waiting and it only costs me $1.07...
