Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" East Greenwich

Ordered my food they said to pull forward. Girl at the window was disrespectful never said the total amount for my order. They gave me the tea and then said all set. I corrected her and I said I have a grilled cheese as well. They gave me two pieces of toast with raw cheese in the middle.

This was far by the worse dunkin I have been to. I am a big supporter n spend a gd amount of money in dunkin. But this 1 I wouldn't go back 2 if was was dying n needed something 2 eat or drink. The workers where plan oh rude. Couldn't even get a simple order right. Had a very big problem when I asked them can the please fix my drink. When u r paying 6 dollars n more 4 a drink u should get what u r asking 4 n without an attitude or problem. There was literally only 1 person in there that was nice n helpful. But she was new n didn't know what she was doing n bearly spoke any English. I will not be ever going here again.

Absolutely the worst Dunkin, they need to test out the robots at this location, this group of morning staff can hardly make it to work let alone make a coffee correctly

Every time I go to this particular Dunkin Donuts The service gets worse. I went through the drive-thru and was not greeted with "can I take your order", but with " Yeah". I ordered a large vanilla Coolatta with no whipped cream. I was given the wrong amount of change, and when I receive my drinks, this is what I got. . Guess I should have just ordered a medium, but then I would have got the amount of a small. . I will never go to this Dunkin Donuts, nor will I ever reccomend that anyone does? The girl at the drive-thru was rude and obviously didn't want to be there. I agree. She shouldn't be there at all. Owner needs to Look over the reviews of this particular Dunkin Donuts. The attitudes in service there seem to be habitually bad.

I have had issues with this DD in the past - being very slow or messing up my order - but this morning they were on top of their game. The drive thru line was long, but moved super fast; employees were very friendly; and my order was perfect. Thanks and keep up the good work!

Literally the worst DD I have ever been to. The wait in the drive thru line is endless - not bc it’s busy but bc they are PAINFULLY slow. Plus they always seem to be out of product. I work nearby so every so often I give it a try to see if things have changed but they never do. I drive twice the distance to the next Dunk.

Don't bother. Wait until the next one comes along. It's probably a mile or so down the road. Here's my experience: I ordered a large frozen machata latte with whipped cream. First of all, the order wasn't ready. We had to wait 5 minutes. Then they didn't have whipped cream and the drink wasn't even full. It's more like a medium than a large. Worst Dunkin I've been too. They also didn't have lemon for my husband's ice tea. Highly disappointed.

Nothing spectacular here. Decent food (I had an egg, sausage, & cheese on a croissant) but a bit on the pricey side. It's a fine place if time is limited. Sandwich seemed like it was made hours earlier, croissant was soft & chewy--not crispy. For a fast-food joint it's good, but in any other setting it would be 2 ton3 stars.
