Well, they got our drinks right but were 1 out of 3 on donuts. Asked for blueberry, pumpkin and chocolate frosted. Got home and in the bag was glazed, strawberry frosted and chocolate frosted. No one mentioned changing our donuts. Seemed to be a bit behind today as well.
This location was pretty terrible. They were of almost everything we wanted to order - staples like a glazed donut - at 8 AM. The woman taking our order was pretty rude as well. They didn’t give us our change after paying in cash either.
Second time in a row ive come to the drive through, and nobody takes my order. Last time all thencars innthe drive through ended up leaving, and this time it was just two cars that drove off. When I went to the window, two employees were in there sitting around.
Place stunk. Sorry, but... Only drive-thru service, the wait was well over a half hour and THEN, no syrups to make ANY flavor of frozen coffees. All that time to end up only able to get a small regular coffee for my husband and to top it off? I could not get a reciept because you guessed it - they had no reciept paper either. Below is a cemetary right next door and probably filled with others who ended up there because of the long wait in line...absolutely rediculous and I had no way to get out of line. If I could have given zero stars, I would have. NEVER,EVER AGAIN.
Been going here every once in a while, but every time I have been, this Dunkin is consistently bad. Rude employees that always give you an attitude, and they always mess up my coffee. 3 stars is generous for the service I get but I think they are short staffed so I get it.
This is the slowest dunkin consistently that I’ve ever been too. Always adds cheese to my sandwiches even though I specify I have an allergy and half the time I end up not even getting my sandwich because I can’t afford to wait 15 minutes.
This place has gone down horribly. They did not know how to process my wife’s online order today, and they made her show her order on her phone this morning for her online order! I also went there a couple of weeks ago and they didn’t even pull or process my online order for 15 minutes! Someone needs to train this site how to pull the online orders! They are horrible. This is how they packed and arranged my wife’s order today! All upside down and they look horrible! They need to get better at presentation and their customer service.
Extremely rude and lazy staff. I went back in to return my food and coffee because it was disgusting. Try harder, y’all were just sitting around when I went back in…
