User Reviews

Went to this place for some donuts and it was delicious, what every Dunkin is like, reliable.

The language barrier nonsense needs to end at all locations. I ordered 2 Turkey sausage egg and cheese with an egg white substitute at the location across from maverick station. I got the regular egg in both sandwiches. Why cant I get an order made correctly anymore?

every day I buy my coffee there is before going to the train and 60% is good coffee the other 40% in bad always put 4 caramel and a sugar and they give me bitter and today it was only milk in the photo you see k ko there coffee almost all milk in an ice coffee

The large woman who works morning shift is a terrible worker with a terrible attitude

Always check your order, specially if it's a morning weekday. They constantly forget things or burn your food. I always wondered why sometimes my drinks taste disgusting. Well, there's a woman who does the drinks and she puts Splenda in ALL the drinks.

At 8:15pm asked for two different types of teas, only to be told they already cleaned the machines and don’t want to make anything because they close at 9pm…. I’d understand 15 mins early but 45 is a stretch.

Stood in a packed line (no social distance whatsoever, I waited 20 minutes to get to the front to load my on the go app only for them to tell me they aren’t doing that at this time. If I could leave 0 stars I would. There should be some sort of notice at the door. That way I wouldn’t have to risk the delta variant only to be refused service . There’s only one woman in there that does her job correctly she’s usually making the sandwiches.

This shop has a lot of customers, the bake goods are fresh, service is pretty fast. For the amount of traffic they get the sitting area should be bigger they only have two tables and are usually occupied by people who loitter, even though the place is clean.
