Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Dunnellon

Rude people .manager does not know how to train to make a simple hot sandwich ,no people skills served a cold sandwich.her cell phone is more important than her job and customers ...I asked to just heat it up. After 10 minutes Still no sandwich. I asked them about it and was accused of yelling at them NOT TRUE AT ALL. They made a new one and it was also cold. Never will I return to this shop MANANGER calls the police because a customer is dissatisfied with the horrible sandwich and service

Layla gives this Dunkin 5 boops. She loves the pup cups. The donuts are also bomb, light and fluffy and loaded with sprinkles. They usually have a big line because it’s a popular spot, you can order ahead on the Dunkin app!

I am in sales and marketing and stopped by this morning to order 6 dozen donuts to drop off at some of my accounts. I went to the drive through and placed the order. After paying at the window I was told to pull forward and someone would bring out the order. To my surprise, Jess brought the donuts out and said, “ I was told to tell you that the next time you order donuts you need to come inside and get them!” I asked, what is the limit on the drive through and she could not tell me. “If I’m here, I will get them for you and I really hated to tell you this but was told to!” My previous order at this location, I called ahead the day before to place an order of 100 donuts and I was told by Management that I could not place orders ahead of time. I was instructed to either come inside or just go to the drive through and place the order. This location is in need of some customer service training! The customers should not be made to feel like they are an inconvenience!

I go to this Dunkin mostly on my way to work at 5:15am and everyone is always friendly and pleasant even though it’s so early! Most recently Cindy took care of me and had such a great attitude and demeanor. My coffee was perfect and sandwich was delicious!

Not happy. Passing through Dunnellon today and was feeling tired and needed to get some caffeine to wake up for my drive home. Asked for a shot of espresso in my iced coffee, and also ordered hashbrowns for my toddler and 2 small wake up wraps because I had not eaten yet today and it was going on 3pm. The espresso shot was not in my coffee and there was no sweetener. Then the hash browns were 4 maybe 5 total in the paper bag not even 1/4 full and they were falling apart and looked like they had been stepped on...And the wake up wraps were burnt to a crisp the cheese was black. What a waste of money and time. I will never stop by this Dunkin again. Not like they care though.

Every now n then they make my drink an original, but I understand because they're constantly busy, I've never had any issues with the employees

Super nice staff every-time I come here. Always super busy working. I use the phone app & my order is always made quickly. Thank you and keep up the great work!

Coffee was fresh and hot. Service was good. I always enjoy going to this Dunkin.
