Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Dumfries

Store was clean and organized. Associate asked if I needed help immediately after entering. Very friendly and inviting staff. Great service.

I stop by for a late-night snack. No one greeted me, and I saw only one person working on an order for a customer. There was much talking and playing around as if it was nothing to do. They were talking loudly as if they needed to be outside. Let's talk about what I didn't get, as I wasn't waiting on. This place is not worth visiting at night. Shout out to the young lady with the braided hair; you have a dancing career in front of you! Another young lady ate a small scoop of ice cream right in front of me; this place is a joke. I didn't know having your cell phone at work was allowed while customers waited. The picture speaks for itself. They have the best window seat! Night Shift!

I deliver from this place often. People are friendly but the store isn't clean. Seem understaffed and are in a panic rush from just a couple of customers. The Ice cream has melted and refrozen a few times. The last time I went the ice cream had scoops of other flavors in each container. Obviously they use the same scoop for all and don't clean it.

Very disorganized and waited over 20 minutes in drive thru for not so good food. Manager on duty at 1230pm did not offer good customer service for the delay in order where food was given to a different car.

The worst Dunkin’ experience I’ve ever had. Terrible location. Gave me a medium when even the sticker (and receipt) said large. Also gave me the wrong food. My other drink was missing the syrup. Extremely rude when I corrected them despite being kind when asking them to fix my order.

Super weird how long Haji was letting us stand there at the counter any not acknowledge us… or the other customers in line. I understand the donuts probably did need to be condensed but a simple “I’ll be right with you” goes a long way. Signature latte was made wrong or they were out of stuff but no one communicated that either. If they were busy it would have been a little less weird but it was not. Just a weird visit altogether.

Horrible experience. Received an incorrect drink order. Employees were confused and unwilling to help customers. Waited nearly 20 minutes for my carry out order of 2 drinks and 2 bagels. Upon arriving home, both bagels were burnt black and had very little cream cheese even though I paid for extra spread. I regret visiting this Dunkin’ location and won’t be back. Don’t even bother sitting in the ridiculously long drive through or going inside. You’ll regret it.

Love the coffee here! The doughnuts are delicious. Especially the jelly one! Had a flat tire and had to leave vehicle overnight. Couldn't come back for it until much later the next day. This location didn't tow me and I appreciate that! Will continue being a good customer here.
