Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Drums

They very fast in the morning, when I get my breakfast to go to work. One sandwich one drink.

Showed up for a quick stop Iced Coffee. "Manager" was telling the crew to stop sending up the wrong coffees on the drive thru. As I was standing waiting for my in counter. The crew took 3 or 4 tries making it and getting it right. Every single time they tried they dump it and after the 3rd time I told them to please just add the flavor. "Manager" flipped and told me that's not how things work and tried to argue with me. Finally I walked out with my coffee. The manager needs to learn to manage her crew and do her job instead of trying to argue with customers or find a better job if she can't handle it.

Work down the road, we order here a lot. Almost every order something we pay for is completely forgotten and/or an order is messed up. Very frustrating paying money for something and not getting it. I usually don’t leave reviews but the service here is so exceptionally bad I had to.

I normal go to this Dunkin Donut because it's close to my job. Today before work I went and order an iced coffee and breakfast sandwich. The only problem is towards the end of the order. I mentioned that I would like to add whip cream to the iced coffee I already ordered. They charged me a total of $9.20 which I paid without noticing that they over charged me. When my food came out they gave me the wrong order. The guy tried to argue with me on what I ordered. He tried to say l ordered a hot medium decaf coffee in addition to the iced coffee and breakfast sandwich. Which I never even mentioned. When they tried to give me a refund they couldn't do that because " there was no manager there to provided a refund and no one there knew how to give a refund." They wanted me to give them my number for the manager to call me and refund my money when they come in or leave with no refund. I decided to leave because it was a waste of time for me since I had to go to work. I recommend anyone who goes here to pay after they receive their order. I would stop going here.

This place like most places out there anymore has a combined IQ of five! They should do away with the ordering speaker and have you just pull up to the window and guess your order…… There is probably just as much chance of them getting it, right!

Feels good writing reviews like these because the employees here actually want to see you happy when you leave. I made a few mistakes ordering the first two times and Alex, not sure if he was a cashier or a manager, was awesome. He was taking care of the drive-thru orders as well as walk ins and did an exceptional job micromanaging and making sure everything came out quick, hot and as requested. Honestly all visits to DD are less than favorable but I look forward to coming back to this location! Good service here definitely

Prices are to high. Customer service can definitely be improved apon. Store could be cleaner with that many employees walking around.

Stopped on the road for a quick breakfast at this Dunkin Donuts drive thru and thought my breakfast sandwich had a really gross taste like plastic, so I look inside and there was wax paper INSIDE my sandwich🤮🤮
