I ordered a large cappuccino and this is what I received. Called 3 times in which the first two calls were ignored.. when I was finally answered, I asked to speak to a manager and I was told “I’m sorry we’re all fairly new, and there isn’t a manager on duty, call back tomorrow.” and was hung up on. Highly disappointed and poor customer service.

Great service and the staff are friendly. I'm hoping the manager who always barked commands at people was let go or left.

Hands down one of the best D&DsI've been to. They are fast, friendly, dont mess up your order and actually make the drinks properly.

We picked up the cinnamon rolls today and they were not that good. They didn’t have enough cinnamon to give them some flavor. They were just a cake like donut with some glaze on them.

I was there a few weeks ago and thay need to hire people who know what thay are doing thay couldn't comprehend what we was ordering or saying took at least 15+ minutes to get it halfway right would not recommend if you are in a hurry or want quality coffeeq

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER TODAY. Apparently it's okay to leave your customer waiting 20 minutes for food, put a new person on the drive-thru, have 2 employees walk off when one of them was taking my order, and when I address it, I am then told I'm being rude because I asked her to have someone make my kids food (bc no one was making orders & we just kept getting pushed aside), only have 4 people working, 2 of them New, drive-thru backed up into the street, lobby packed and yet the shift manager is doing the easiest job. Um No! She also was picking on her customers when they said something wrong or didn't know how to say a drink. If this is your Image of a Manager then Dunkin I feel sorry for you.

The service was dry and the woman there complained about having to work. The donuts were old and stale. But the atmosphere was nice and I'd never been to a dunkin so it was a new experience.
