We bought snack and bacon it’s was cold bagel minis were cold they were very rude!! They told us the bacon was supposed to be cold when it’s not because I’ve gone to another Dunkin’’s before and it’s never been cold. I don’t need to be getting sick from cold bacon. I didn’t even look cooked! This why I never come to this one! There are better Dunkin’s to go to!!!
HEATHERRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!! Ok, Dunkin Donuts has its issues, we can all agree on that... HOWEVER!!!, every now and then you get an employee that goes above and beyond to make things right (which is how it used to be, and should STILL be..) Heather at the Crystal Ave location is THAT employee. Thank you Heather, for being that person, you rock!
The lady at the speaker laughed at the way I ordered my Large Iced Chai, and they also didn't put chai in the drink. They put straight up milk with the brown sugar flavor. Terrible. Rude. Inaccurate. Use this location as a LAST RESORT
I was sitting in line for 20 minutes when it was just me, 4 different workers sat around talking on their phones.
I like this D&D because they normally have donuts on muffins that the other D&D's do not have.
Coffee made wrong as normal. Tasted terrible ended up throwing it out went to cumbys around corner.
It took forever for anyone to help us. We had to say hello at the drive through, staff seemed annoyed to have to wait on us. It was disappointing. The hot chocolates we ordered were good.
This is one of the better Dunkin Donuts. People here are excellent. Service is fast. Even if you are in a line it's going to move. Plus they love my dog! He loves the munchkins by the way ladies thank you!
