Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Deerfield

We received the incorrect donuts, sausage instead of bacon on a bagel sandwiches when ordering through Grubhub. Grubhub had it right but just Dunkin’ Donuts apparently does not read the order properly. Of course, GrubHub cannot fix an order and Dunkin’ Donuts does not answer their phone.

One of the better DD in the area if that means anything. They almost always get my order correct which really isn't to hard, but I guess it is for many other locations. Staff is very friendly and never have to wait very long. Updating my review and changing it to 5 stars. Been coming here more often as the other local Dunkin is off their game. I have also been going inside for a change of pace and the afternoon staff especially has been great. One thing for other customers PLEASE develop some damn patience. There's 2 employees running the whole place running around doing the best they can yet people give them grief for waiting a couple extra mins. Come watch them work then maybe you will relax and treat them better sad state of affairs all around.

When you ask for lite ice and half your drink is ice anyways. After removing the ice, this was my order. Lol I at least hope she gave me decaff. They were both very sweet. And my order was done in a timely manner.

The ice cream cake itself is cute, but someone at the Deerfield, IL location doesn't know how to spell Valentine's!!

The husband and I come to the Chicagoland area quite a bit for work, this dunkin is super close to the hotel we stay at so it made it super easy to get our coffee EVERY morning. That's a lot of money, actually, it's around 350 a month to be exact 💯 and I don't mind spending said money if the quality is what Dunkin' promises. This location has messed up more of my drinks than making them correctly! I believe there are only 1 or maybe 2 employees that know what they're doing back there! DO NOT I repeat DO NOT go on the weekends unless you want to watch them remake your $7 drink for 45 minutes... every weekend the drinks are 10x worse than the weekdays. The service is normal nothing spectacular by any means but it's a dunkin' I require 5-star service at the window, we barely talk, and they take my money and hand me a terrible drink! I will say that Mondays seem to be a pretty good day for coffee making at this location because my drinks are top-notch almost every Monday. Save yourself the head and drive to any other Dunkin to ensure you get a quality drink every time!! I've had so many terrible drinks I've poured down the drain without complaining to this location or asking for a new drink. We we all know what happens when we dislike our food or drinks that are being made by someone we CAN'T see... yuck 🤮 Super unfortunate but also a blessing because now I'm done with Dunkin completely as they all have trouble making these drinks of great quality! Do not go here if you expect your coffee to taste the same every day! Hahaha, one day I'm pretty sure they only gave me milk but 🤷‍♀️

I'm an expecting mother with a bad cravings and sent my husband for an ice cream. When I order it from different location 3 scoops in a cup comes full. But this location gave my husband not even half a cup for 3 scoops. It's not cheap for Baskin's 3 scoops, you guys can't treat customers like this. I'm really disappointed, never again. My husband barely speaks English and they might thought he won't complain! Beware from this location
