This place is kind of bad. Like it's not falling apart or selling gross food or anything, but something about it seems like it's being mismanaged. The parking lot is atrocious and is constantly causing traffic hiccups, in the lot as well as on the road next to it. The employees seem to have low morale so I assume they're being overworked and/or underpaid. I understand that it's a busy job but everybody seems to be working constantly in fear of being yelled at. Prices are getting worse as well. Again, the food is not gross, but it's also not as good as they seem to think it is. They're copying all the worst aspects of starbucks. That's more a general company comment I guess. The one thing I'll say in their favor though is that they still haven't added the guilt-trip tip menu to their card scanner. Don't do it. Pay the employees, don't make the customers do it. In conclusion, this place is generally fine but I don't like going to it. Giant eagle has better donuts anyway, just go to the grocery store.

I came in today with my sister and our order was incorrect. The sandwiches were a little cold and the sausage was supposed to be on the side. We brought it to the managers attention and not only did he give us a refund, but he went out of his way to remake it properly and had amazing customer service.

I get a very specific drink, DAILY, for 6 months now, that contains a certain amount of sugars. Every other day, it’s either too sweet, not sweet enough, or luke warm. I actually counted how many days they got it wrong.. out of 60, and it was 24. These people have NO standards apparently. I mean don’t you have a set amount for 6 sugars? Why is it different every other day? Why are your people perfectly OK serving Luke warm lattes? Coffee is an important part of everyone’s day, and it’s infuriating, to put it mildly, to have it crafted wrong, nearly a disproportionate amount of the time. Whoever reads this, please get your people straight. This is MADDENING.

We go there every am. It is amazing. Fast service and very friendly customer service. If there is any issues they correct it asap with not an issue

Service was great, she was polite and smiled...most drive thru's are missing that. Wanted the apple filled or any apple donut...they didnt have it...so i got a glazed (sub par)...taste like it was pulled from the freezer, thawed and glazed. Ordered the maple bacon sandwich with the bacon well done. It was bland, no flavor and the bacon wasn't close to well done/crispy. I would have been okay with that had the trade off been flavor. It was a disappointment. I figure if this co. is promoting a specialty sandwich...it should BE special.

I brought my girls for a treat and to warm up inside. I asked for an icecube in the hot tea because little girls aren't patient and they delivered. It sounds like a small thing- maybe even a "duh" thing- but you know, it meant a lot to me. I'm used to having to ask at least three times for everything with my girls, so only having to ask once for a simple thing really does mean a lot. And it was speedy service. Thank you. We enjoyed our tea and sprinkle donuts.

My boyfriend and I go here for a donut, surprisingly! Yes, no coffee at Dunkin! It used to be but I discovered Speedway. The donuts are always a yes! I get a vanilla sprinkled and he gets whatever a Pittsburgh Creme is. They are ALWAYS out of it but he tries. Coffee, over priced and all ice. Nothing special. I don't know how I drank it for years as my number one. Try some gas station coffee, you won't be disappointed.

You expect to have 1-2 times normal experience out of 5 visits. Two times the coffee was so saur that I couldn't drink it and this time I got 2/3 cup ice for the samll cold brew I ordered. I like the driving through facility and sincerely hope the quality could be improved.
