User Reviews

I go to a lot of Dunkin's and this is by far the friendliest group. Anything I order is always done perfectly. I highly recommend.

I highly recommend this place, but I would suggest not putting the top of the donut on the paper. The frosting can get ruined and stick to the paper, which is not what any kid wants. Instead, I would recommend placing the donut on a napkin or plate. This will help to keep the frosting intact and make for a more enjoyable eating experience.

So many people working there but there were 10 people in line because everybody working behind the counter was taking care of all the e-orders and order pickups. People online including me or driving or at working going to work and don't have the luxury of you using their phone while driving to order something. People in the store should have priority

For the second time here, I ordered a med decaf hot coffee. It was burnt and had obviously been sitting on the burner too long... follow protocol and make a new batch after the time limit..... this coffee was terrible. Starting to hate dunkin coffee.. .

I never ever had such a bad experience. The first thing that I asked for is a big paper box because I didn't want to have so many paper bags. The girl pretended not to hear me. She took a small paper bag and was about to start... She rolled her eyes a few times until the different costumer yelled at her to get a paper box for me and put everything inside. I felt kind of weird. Next, she put everything in a box rolling her eyes all the time. She said: " I don't think I am suppoused to do it... ". She said it twice. I don't know if she ignored me because of my accent. After she completed my order, she didn't pass any drinks to me. She was angry and I took everything from her. I waited for a few seconds because she started to count money from her register instead of giving me my receipt ( I pay by credit card).I didn't say anything to her. I didn't want donuts anymore. I ordered 2 hot chocolates, 2 croissants, 2 donuts, and 6 munchkins. I can't understand why she was so mad and kept frozen for a few seconds and rolled her eyes a few times. So dissapointing....

Good for a Dunkin. Decent parking. Well staffed. Well stocked.

Love the people working at this location. They were really helpful and remember you after a couple times. It's in a convenient place, though if you only go for Dunkin' you'll have to go out through the in door and one of them doesn't open from inside, so it's a little annoying.

Not sure what goes on at this location but they always seem distracted and disorganized I have gotten the wrong coffee mire then once and even if no ine else is in there they are too busy on cell phones or talking with each other.. the manager seems to be on top of things but he needs help! by comparison to other locations in the area by fat the slowest... I try to avoid this one if you can.
