We just got coffee to go, which was good

My coffee was awful. I'd compare it to old dish water, 7 people there and took about 10 minutes to get my coffee, got a blueberry donut half way threw it had a hair in it, terrible experience, should have waited until I got to Portland to get my coffee, will never waste my money there again

If you could, I would bypass this DD. Who is the manager??? Workers looked sloppy and a mess!! Person making the food was cleaning his nose with his gloved hand and didn't switch out....GROSS. Order was wrong, 2 ppl in front of me had wrong orders as well. Someone came back in with a wrong order that was for a drive through customer and they actually just took it from them and handed it to the driver through order. COVID is still a thing ppl. Never again.

Long waits, even with ordering on the go 5 minutes before arriving. Rarely leave satisfied. There are a few great staff members but way to many to drag it down. I ordered ahead and it wasn't busy when I showed up, walked in and my ticket hadn't even been taken out of the machine. There was one lady doing all the work and three standing there chatting. Eventually one of them asked me if I needed something so I pointed to my ticket on the machine and they finally began making it. My drink is rarely correct and now they claim they can't make decaf lattes anymore, which I have trouble believing. I will not be going back.
