User Reviews

The drive thru line was moving at snail speed. I finally get to the speaker and I'm sitting there. No one says anything, I sit for 2 minutes in silence, no one asking me to hold on or anything, so I wonder is that why the line is moving so slow because the speaker is acting up. I pull around and the nice young lady at the window, gives me a total, I inform her that no one ever took my order. She apologized and started taking my order. What made me write this review was because the young lady was doing all she could to try to help me but it seemed like the other person working with her had a problem with her taking my order at the window. I don't understand why there would be a problem, when I all I came to do was get some great coffee. I truly thank that that young ladt helped me have a good day and am hoping the woman working with her had a better day as well.

This Dunkin is amazing, the customer service is on point, and the quality of food and drinks are outstanding!! Highly recommend this location to anyone in the area. My drinks were made perfectly and my food was delicious and fresh.

Avoid this location. The last few times I visited here they don’t acknowledge you are at the speaker. No “good morning”, No “just a moment I will be right with you.” They have cameras in the drive-thru and aware that you are waiting and say absolutely nothing for minutes. The last guy was a weirdo. He stood in the drive thru window like a robot and said nothing to me. Didn’t even confirm my total. Shouldn’t be working in a customer service position if you can’t open your mouth and engage with the customer. Will be glad when actual robots take over these lazy people jobs. Better off just making your own coffee at home.

I go out of my way to go to this dunkin every week. Never got an order wrong, food and drinks always delicious

BREAKFAST ON THE RUN: stopped in on my way to spend some quality time at the Harvest Festival. This is another example of a well laid out, clean, efficient, and friendly environment to grab a bit on the run or sit for a while and chat with old and new acquaintances. I met several people ranging from a young lady clearly passionate about the state of affairs of our country as it relates to the respect for and empowerment of women (recorded our discussion without video), a nice couple sitting outside on the patio enjoying coffee and the nice weather, and a family, who'd come to the US and now are realizing their dream - Babu and his family are in the area and run a convenience store with a fueling station. It was nice to meet and chat with them about their journey. No one to forget that come quick bite - banana, BECC, and a Pumpkin Spice Iced Coffee...hit the spot then off to the Harvest Festival.

I'm originally from CT, the iced coffee was great. Donuts are now half the size, bad idea.

Stopped in for a few donuts , they tasted like they had been around for a week . Not fresh nor very good. Will not be back. Stale dry and bland. Could not eat.

I use to love going here for my mobile orders and got kind of used to it. Then after a while my stuff started to taste not the same anymore. The employees seemed unhappy every time so I stopped going. Starbucks might be expensive but I think Ill go to them instead now.
