User Reviews

It never fails, every time I go to this location they are out of something. Today it was the mango refresher and their signature doughnut. Even more disappointing, I got home to find that there was big brown flakes at the bottom of the watermelon refresher I had been drinking. So 🤢 gross!

We door dashed food and we ordered a half dozen of doughnuts and they were out of one of the doughnuts we ordered, but they replaced it with a similar one so I give them that. But we ordered sprinkles doughnuts and got no sprinkles, and a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on an everything bagel and got a plain bagel and sausage. This isnt the first time we've ordered from this Dunkin and they've messed up our orders. It's not like we ordered in person where they could misunderstand our words, we ordered online and they still messed it up.

Poorly run, poorly managed. Having gotten no help with regard to points redemption at the register, the shift manager intervened. I get that it's not a great job, yet there is a lack of even the basic understanding of what constitutes good customer service. Time to choose a new coffee shop, like Jaquelyn's on Main in Coopersburg. The manager was of no help with regard to the use of the Dunkin' app, and was more concerned about me scaring the 2 young workers under his so-called leadership when I began to protest. I informed him I was no threat to any of them, paid for my coffee, and left the store.

Super sad to put this up because the lady was really nice to me and understood that I couldn’t wait for the order and come back in since I have a sleeping baby in the car. She was having a conversation with other coworkers while taking my order and was more focused on wanting to finish her sentence than get my situation handled as quickly and professionally I wanted. She will call you baby like if we’re in New York too. And completely forgets about me, I waited 20-35mins for her. Lauren a worker from there took care of bringing my food but it was cold and my hot drink was cold too. It’s sad to post this because she was really nice but like I said, her conversation was much more important.

Employees are friendly. Atmosphere is nice and clean. But, iced latte tasted watery.

Been here 4 years almost everyday, I’ve coffee tasted wired, and the manager said everything is fine even the coffee tasted like mildew in the line of machine.

Time for a morning pitstop... grab a mocha iced coffee and everything bagel to start your day with an everything yummy. This location is prompt, friendly, with a fun young staff who deserves BIG tips. The drive thru line can be long at certain times, but moves smoothly or just go inside to meet the team.

This Dunkin Donuts has fresh bagel daily not like other that r made night or day before can get busy in drive pick up but they r fast to serve you price r a little more expensive then other DD don't know why
