The sign said they closed at 8 pm and we came 20 minutes before they closed and the doors were locked. The guys pretended they didn’t see us and walked to the back, Never coming to this Dunkin again!

Nice location, service was a little slow compared to other DD. The drinks were almost out when we finally got our food. Staff was trying to keep up with the long line on Sunday mid day…overall the food made up for the wait.

Love this place and staff is great, but I will only gives you guys 4 starts because your AC is nonexistent. Please repaired your air condition. I am a HVAC technician and I barely can’t breathe in this place. I feel bad for your staff, fix your AC so I can recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts to my family when they to move to this area!!!

The manager and another employee were on personal phone calls. It took over 12 minutes to get my breakfast sandwich. I wouldn't recommend that location. Drive a mile north for better service.

I ordered a avocado (toast) & the bread wasn’t toasted at all just just threw the avocado on it & sprinkled just a little bit of bacon which I paid like 4 more dollars for & when I come & bring it back to the employee she tells me that she can’t make a new one but tells me she can reheat it which I was not going to do do to the fact that the avocado was already on it, lazy workers man 🤦🏽‍♂️

Second time we ordered via the app for pick up on our way out of town. Bagels are stale and hard as a rock. No way you can eat them. Tried to call the store but the number was disconnected.

Do not come here. The location sandwich machine broke and I wasn't able to order anything. They did not answer the phone call for the next 4 days to see if the oven is working. They don't care about the customers

My iced lattes are always watery. After numerous times of going. Employees are slow.
