Horrible people running this dunkin. I will make sure corporate knows about these lazy workers. They miss orders 100% of the time. Everyone should check their meals. These business owners have serious loyalty issues with customer service. I will be reporting your business to dunkin corporate. The business owner is especially rude over the phone when we told them that they missed 3 of our orders in a row in 3 separate occasions. You guys better fix yourself before corporate fixes you.
Watered down coffee: ordered a small iced macchiato with less ice and an extra shot of espresso. There were no extra shot added with the same amount of ice. They clearly use coffee beans rather espresso beans for their macchiato not to mention skimp out on ingredients. Save your money and go elsewhere.
I'd literally only maybe give it a 1 star. Munchkins we're good. We ordered two coffees charged a crazy amount for them and the people had no idea what they were doing. Literally said sorry we are learning bare with us. Literally could not drink them. Taste like old watered down coffee. Terrible. I'll never go back
This Dunkin is consistently low quality. They're cheap with everything, I called them out this morning because this is the third time they only put cheese on half the bagel (and not much either). These places are profitable in just the first few hours they're open, there's no reason to be this cheap. You're better off going to the one on Sumneytown pike even if it's out of the way.
I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts every morning for years. They do not update their prices on their board for one. Customer service is a joke. The food quality is very low any morning that I get food. My app doesn’t scan for them most of the time and they say it’s because my brightness isn’t high enough so they adjust it and it still doesn’t scan. They tell me to pay the next day, which I always do. Except for this morning. I paid for my Wednesday coffee on Thursday and the man tried to say that I didn’t and demand I be charged twice! I drove off and let them keep their watered down flavorless coffee! Never again! Do NOT go here!
Very dissatisfied. Why would anyone serve this to a customer. These two don’t even look like they belong together. Just can’t believe the customer service piece of this. Would you want to eat it? Then don’t serve it.
The staff were all very friendly, order came out quickly, and in spite of the corner location the store is very clean.
