Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Coconut Creek

I’m a student and my school is a block from this dunkin, so this is the closest place for me to get breakfast on the go that’s decent but the problem is that they always mess up something. My order is consistent, sourdough breakfast sandwich with sweet pepper bacon and yellow American cheese, but they always manage to mess it up somehow. Either they don’t add the correct bacon, don’t add the correct cheese, or both. This time, I received the wrong cheese and and a lousy amount of pepper bacon. I don’t always have time to go and have them correct it. I just want a decent breakfast before class but they are always hit or miss on food. I try calling but the store NEVER picks up. Called the customer service phone line and they said there was nothing they could do because it wasn’t a mobile order and I would have to wait 24-48 hours for a call back. Just honestly annoying at this point to spend my hard earned money on something for it to be consistently messed up.

Funny thing happened this morning. My kids noticed that there were new employees, super friendly. Jackie has always been great, but these new ones caught our attention. My wife calls me on her way to work to actually tell me the same thing. (she doesn't call me while driving) Nice work new crew!

I work right next to this location, therefore I appreciate them so much for building in a space where they prioritize the community. Because honestly, the location is not the most ideal because it’s secluded. With that said, the morning Team is phenomenal. They are filled with compliments and work very hard. I feel the Southern hospitality whenever with that team. I usually get the “Frozen Chocolate” they are very good. Orders are always correct, and they work very well with our business for large orders. But honestly, at this point I’m just coming for the morning hospitality that they offer.

My favorite Dunkin’! The staff here are always so sweet and efficient, even on their hardest days. The manager is amazing, he knows how to handle this fast paced restaurant very well. I am here practically every day and rarely have an issues with my order but if I do the team is quick to correct it for me. I love it here. ☕️

Anytime I've visited this location, no matter how very few to no people in the drive thru, I still have to wait to place my order. Then I'm not greeted properly by a cashier wearing a head scarf that's not appropriate for the workplace. Then i have to listen to their personal conversations while i wait for my very simple order. Won't be going to this location anymore.

Cappuccino machine was broken, there was no egg for The egg & cheese wrap. I settled for a veggie egg white which was actually better anyway. Employees there are super sweet. Slow, very slow. 6/28/23 The Dunkin I went to on Coconut Creek parkway today was perfect. Coffee with salted caramel cold foam.

Went to pickup my online order and they closed early. 7/30/23 Arrived 6:16PM. Workers display bias towards lighter skin patrons.

A mess of a place. Handing dirty spilled cups inside a clean cup just because they spilled the coffee and then gives you a 3/4 of a medium coffee. They are not organized at all! Two people that came and ordered after me left the store before me and I just ordered a coffee.
