They made the Ice Coffee just right. That in & of itself seems to be a task at many locations. The food - two sandwiches were good but not hot. This location is clean. Nice place to eat in or outside. If ever in the area again we would definitely stop in again. This was a road trip on the way to Miami.

Typical, coffee is too thin and sucks. Asked for a chocolate chip muffin, but got a blueberry kind. Muffin had been a bit too sweet to my taste, but the dough had been good.

I stopped to this location to get a frozen matcha and it was the worse matcha I taste, they are very cheap with the actual matcha serving, it didn’t tasted like matcha at all and the manager instead of making the customer happy prefer to give you your money back. Very bad customer service and it’s not representing the brand name well.

Nice breakfast stop on way to Lake Home in Okeechobee. Hubby got his frozen coffee & his blueberry muffin. I got my large unsweetened icetea & double chocolate donuts.

Not happy with that fact , I was told they did not accept credit cards. As I walked in and asked for a coffee I was told I needed to pay in cash. This was told to me at time of payment ONLY CASH 💰 to my surprised they had a sign that read cash or DD cards no credit. I was paying with a debit card. The employee was rude and when I asked why only cash, she basically told me the credit card machine was broken. NOT WHAT THE SIGN READ. I was not the only one with this issue. Three more people had the same complaint. When to the rest room and it was dirty not a good store to got to.

I use mobile ordering to save time, every time I order a food item, it is either old or burnt. The bathrooms are almost always out of service, with no other place for the employees to use the bathroom. The lobby is always filthy. This establishment needs to be inspected by an exterior company. The coffee is ok sometimes, if you order anything but iced it will be cold and weak.

I didn’t have the opportunity to order before I left. Staff and another customer mistakenly believed my order was ready, and when I demanded the customer take her hand off of my arm, everyone behind the counter broke into giggles and whispers. A simple misunderstanding retailed into a group of strangers trying to bully me. I ended up picking up a snack and a small cafe down the street.

I ordered a coffee with lots of cream and they may have put 1 creamer in. I ordered a turkey sausage egg and cheese and they completely forgot the egg. I understood they were busy but they need to pay attention. On my way to the east coast I stopped into the store again because I needed some coffee. This time when I ordered my sandwich, I watch the guy toss the egg cheese and meat onto the dirt steel counter instead of putting it on the paper. How completely unsanitary is that. This store needs to be retrained and learn what cleanliness is.
