User Reviews

I always like going to Dunkin until I moved to Clemson. The service at this location is lousy. I went super early in the morning today around 6:00 a.m. And the girl is just rude. They always mess up my order. I was told (this is going about a month ago) that I had to wait extra because they were giving me hot coffee fresh coffee when in reality it was cold and old.I think it's warranted that I leave this review. All I ever order is a regular hot coffee with cream and sugar and they can't even get that right. And occasionally a hot tea with cream and sugar. But this morning i got two of the exact same coffees and one is extremely sweet. It's disgustingly sweet. As expensive as they are, I expect my coffee to be how I asked. I'll just go to Starbucks. At least they can make a regular coffee with out missing it up or giving me an attitude.

This is far and away the worst Dunkin’ on the planet. They are basically always out of everything. I’ve been there when they’ve run out of every single donut, they generally never have muffins, I was even there when they said the ran out of milk!? They are walking distance to a store that sells milk, but I guess if you don’t care, you don’t care Go anywhere, I repeat anywhere except this place, they are incredibly rude and condescending to customers, it’s honestly not worth the aggravation. Drive to another location, trust me THE WORST!! All these other awful reviews are not a coincidence!!

There is a severe shortage of staff. The line up was backed up down the highway (blocking traffic) and we were on a time constraint. We had paid for our order online but couldn't wait for it. We tried going in and the door was locked (not enough staff). It was a frustrating experience. No food. No contact with staff. The app should indicate excessive delays or they should offer to have the mobile line manned. They have a mobile lane but you have to barge into the main line (and no one wants to be polite and let anyone in. Sad).

Whoever is the owner of the store should absolutely ashamed of themselves at how awful they are running this store. I’m pretty sure I watched an employee quit while I was stuck in your drive through for over 30 minutes. If you invest your profits back into properly staffing and training your employees these issues wouldn’t be nearly as bad. This store is a disaster and you truly deserve to lose your franchise

Absolutely the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever used. They are routinely either understaffed, out of basic items or one of their machines are broken. The staff is nice but the owner needs to do a better job of running this location.

I wish I could give a zero. No one has any idea what's going on. I ordered 10 chocolate munchkins and instead of saying thar they don't have enough they give me 7 chocolate and put 3 of a different kind without even telling me, if I hadn't looked I would've never known. I asked why they didn't have enough when I ordered the guy just looked dumbfounded. On top of that my order was $3.48 and somehow $200 was taken off my card. I wouldn't suggest this place to my worst enemy.

Coffee was okay, wait time was not bad. Staff was hard working and efficient, but the food was gross. The bagel was very stale. Worst of all was the snakin’ bacon. It was a pile of mushy bacon covered in LOTS of sugar and pepper. Not at all the crispy, Carmel used bacon as advertised.

I think the Jelly donut I got from this store was baked at least two days ago!
