Entered the line and there was 2 cars in front of me. I had placed a pick up order through the app. 10 min sitting in the line, to get up to the speaker.. another 10 min goes by not even a “hello I’ll be right with you” finally I say “hello” and the girl goes “oh sorry” - I tell her my order.. I pull up.. another 3 min waiting for my drinks. Literally the slowest thing I’ve experienced in my life

Whenever I go there my order is wrong. In fact I just went there and my coffee is not filled all the way it’s practically just whipped cream and the lady at the window was shoving my coffee in my face saying take this as I was looking over my order. They are rude, unpleasant, and they always get something wrong.

My 17 year old wanted to do something nice for us on Mother’s Day. He orders a dozen doughnuts on the app and when he gets there, he is given 1 of the 12 ordered because they ran out. Ok it was 11am, but they did nothing to given him his money back. They gave him a phone number that just rings and you can’t vm .leave a message on. I feel he was taken advantage of because he is a kid. He was given no consideration at all or help. Trying to get any help from corporate is a disaster as well. The app is user unfriendly for assistance. Done with this place

Ordered a dozen donuts and a French vanilla coffee. Donuts were good but the coffee tastes bland and it definitely wasn't French vanilla coffee. The coffee didn't have enough sugar in it. I had to Add my own sugar in it to make it taste better. And it wasn't served in the large plastic dounkin donuts cup that they usually put it in. They need to bring back the way it was originally made and the cup they put it in. This coffee was a waste of money.

So rude at 8 am. who wants to start their day off with terrible customer service. even though this is right next to my daughters school i avoid going here because they suck that bad.

I had a coupon to get two donuts for a 1.79. She told me that it was not her coupon and she wouldn't take it. It said Dunkin donuts coupon for Gloucester township. So I will not go back to that store again.

This is my neighborhood DD. I know the staff and they know me. They see me coming and start making my usual coffee. Interior is clean and modern, bathrooms are clean too.

Horrible drive through experience. I waited for the guy to come take my drive thru order at the speaker for almost 10 minutes. Then once I placed my order and drove around to the window I waited almost another 10 minutes before I just decided to leave. The car in front of me left as well. I won’t be coming back to this location.
