Your snack n bacon is always cold and undercooked. Sometimes my coffee is a hit or miss or it’s completely wrong altogether. I hate to complain, but it’s frustrating when you pay for something that’s unsatisfactory and this is the closest location.

This Dunkin Donuts restaurant is very good. I came here to get breakfast sandwich. It was delicious, warm, and fresh. The employees were very nice. The wait is totally worth the effort. My dad and I used to come here to grab a bite to eat before running errands around town. This place brought back those wonderful memories of me and my dad spending time together. I will definitely be coming back again.

That one lady that looks like a librarian with the curly hair and glasses is extremely disrespectful and rude. I ordered 2 wake-up wraps and got 1. I called and told her, and she proceeded to be rude and argue with me as if I didn’t know how to count. She then proceeded to say “I guess I’ll refund you for one wake-up wrap”. As she should. Those wake up wraps are 3 dollars.

I come here all the time. I have been having non stop issues with my drinks being wrong lately. Idk who yall hired that can't follow a pre-made recipe but please fix it. Almost $8 for a freaking coffee isn't even close to worth it if I have to have it remade every time AND it's STILL wrong when getting remade. HOW?! this is the 4th time in a row that I've had to have a super simple latte remade and the remake is also wrong. Either drop your prices to half or figure it out guys. Since we know you won't drop prices, how about some retraining at least?! The lines were never this long before either. Seriously. Who ever has been hired in the last 3 months, retraining allllll of them. I love their personalities and stuff but the job itself is also, uk, kinda important. Lol

Would not provide four waters since we ordered three drinks. Never have been restricted on number of drinks by any other dunkin location. Wouldn't let us pay them at the window as a separate order for another water, because they charge 50 cents for water at this location... The workers were rude. Mackenna was the only one with manners. I came in afterwards to buy another water, and while 6 different people were working multiple parties wanted in line for a while waiting for service. Go literally anywhere else. UPDATE: I know that this behavior was all in fact ridiculous because Mackenna ended up apologizing for her coworkers behavior after they didn't want to make a water order in over five minutes. My friend wanted me to mention that we also were not greeted and the workers wanted us to go through as fast as possible. And that I infact, spent TWENTY minutes waiting in the dunkin for a singular cup of water

There are much better dunkin’ locations than this one. Unless you get here early they never have enough doughnuts. If you want a drink without as much ice, you will get 3/4 of a drink and told that it is all pre-measured, not something I have experienced at any other location. I have also had cooked non-meat products that were contaminated with bacon grease. Ideally they would order a sufficient number of doughnuts and if they have leftovers donate them. They would keep in line with other locations and not give you 3/4 of a drink. Buy a toaster for non meat products. I’m not a vegetarian but really I don’t like to have bacon grease when I didn’t order bacon or meat.

With every Dunkin' being different, as in the employees make or break a store. This one is good, customer service is fast and friendly. It's a small store so they get backed up quickly. Nothing to extreme. Would recommend a revisit.

Stopped to get something quick this morning and the fact that it was little but of a wait was fine it was early morning rush time. But while the cashier was talking care of a customer he went back to see if they had a donut that she wanted in the back he returned and said that they were out. Soon as he said that most of his co-workers AND the manager yelled at this young man “ THERES NO WAY WE ARE OUT” OR WE HAVE SOME BACK THERE” in the most disrespectful and condescending tone ive ever heard used in a work setting in front of customers. Just straight attitude and eye rolls instead of saying hey, I saw them here. Let me show you .By the facial expressions and body language of the cashier, you can tell he was deeply embarrassed and angry that everyone yelled at him. And for a manager to join in yelling at this young man was completely unacceptable and when I pulled her to the side to tell her how her actions were perceived by customers because I was not the only customer that said that was rude. Im just the only one that spoke up I was met with her trying to over talk me trying to deny that they even yelled saying that the music was too loud when in fact, the music was not loud just every excuse in the book besides her receiving the message that what she did was rude and it was not the way that her crewmates and her should act in front of customers and how they should not treat their fellow employee. Saying that she was going to pull him into the side and talk to him about it once the rush died down. Just all in all completely unacceptable behavior of a manager let alone establishment at 7:30 AM. anyone that goes to the Dunkin’ Donuts around this time knows that it’s a big rush everyone’s trying to get to work and school is very busy and you can’t expect to be in and out however, they signed up for this fast pace job so they should be able to control, their tempers and frustrations and definitely should not gang up on one crewmember because of a mistake.
