Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Chepachet

This place is consistently bad. They don't toast their bagels, they just warm them up. Front counter is the absolute slowest of any dunkin I've been too. I can cut the high scoolers some slack, but Lina is completely incompetent. Incredibly slow and when she does work she doesn't know how to work efficiently. Hey Lina: If someone's waiting on a muffin, and someone else orders a latte that takes 5 minutes to make- grab the muffin that takes 2 seconds to bag first. When I order on the go and come to pick it up 15 minutes later, nothing is ready. Avoid this dunkin.

Good as far as dunkins go. Never had a wrong order, people are always very friendly and helpful. The drive through can get very busy at times but usually moves very fast. Easy access with tons of parking and room for the lines. Overall I have been very happy all around with this location.

Just came from here. Asked for large hot caramel latte with skim milk. NOT WHAT I GOT!! I got three-quarters of a cup of coffee flavored milk, which was practically cold. And lattes aren't cheap. Just tried to call to speak to a manager and no one answered the phone. I've got mediocre coffees from here before but this one takes the cake. I suggest the managers pay attention to staff.

This is the best Dunkin I have been to! I have visited Dunkin’s in many states, the staff here are by far the friendliest I have dealt with. The food and drinks are always perfectly prepared no matter how busy they are or what time of day I visit.

Great coffee and fast service. Good bagels too! I come here often because the glazed blueberry donuts are simply irresistible! Young lady at the counter was friendly and polite. Dunkin is a New England treasure.

Went to this location twice in one week and TWICE in one week they managed to mess my order up (even after both myself and the employee repeated it). All I can say is, I’m glad I’m not lactose or have an allergy to dairy because when I specifically asked for Almond milk I was given regular milk. I would steer clear of this location, seeing as the other reviews are identical to mine… it doesn’t look like they ever get orders correct.

Terrible service!!! Very dirty dining and pick up counter. I wanted to take more pics, but the entire experience was bad. We placed a to go order at 9:46 and had to ask 2 times to have someone make the order. Both girls I asked were standing doing nothing yet they would not make my order….strange. It took 15 minutes for 2 black coffees and 2 coffees with milk only. The manager was rude and tried making excuses as to why everything was dirty and no orders were being executed, even though the place had well over 8 staff. I have managed retail, & food service. It was lack of direction from management, not the amount of customers. Very disorganized at this location. The staff stand around and do not make orders? Very confusing place. We were not the only customers complaining either. One man commented he could have made it at home faster! I do not recommend this Dunkin! Its my second time with a to go order here and had issues both times. They made my daughters iced coffee milk only with iced tea. Just completely disappointed. America run away from this dunkin.
