Completely messed up our large mobile order. When contacted to let them know that literally half of the donuts and items were incorrect, I was told by the owner “that’s not my problem. You will need to bring them all back and I’ll just give you your money back”. So we wasted over an hour over going back and forth, kids went without their Sunday special breakfast, and we will not be returning to this location. Once we got there to return the incorrect items, the owner continued to argue with us for over 20 minutes before finally giving us our money back. Be aware, the owner stated they regularly will substitute items you order without letting you know and it’s not his problem for that either. Also, he placed the donuts we returned back for sale? Pretty sure that is unsafe for other customers. Poor service here and an unapologetic staff.
Word experience ever. Asked for a frozen hot chocolate and got a hot one came back in line to return the hot one for a frozen and the guy behind the counter started getting argumentative and rude with me when there was no reason.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst Dunkin’ around. Been multiple times and every time our coffees taste like water. Go to the Doylestown rd/county line rd Dunkin’! They are the best in the area. Will never go to this one again.
New and appealing, quick service, friendly staff. Didn't go inside- drive thru order... my sandwich was over toasted & tasted a little burnt. Not terrible, not great though.
wether you have one item or multiple, something will always be wrong or forgotten. i’ve talked to too many people in the area who have stopped going to this location because of the same issue. i’m now doing the same.
I go to this Dunkin fequently and never usually have a problem. I usually get my order perfect and fast depending on the time of day. However, today I went through the drive through and got home and started drinking my order and it was the wrong order, it had to be the person behind me. Was disappointed in that, seemed like the drive through worker was fairly new.
Placed a mobile order while in the parking lot and it was ready within two minutes. Picked it up inside and it was clean and the food in the case looked fresh.
Went for our free coffee before the Super Bowl, and I tried the Valentines chocolate brownie batter heart donut. Omg, I'm not usually a donut person, but if you haven't tried this, it's a must! Loved it!
