Kinda disappointed, ordered two vanilla cream filled donuts only to get home and find there was absolutely no cream. I tried calling to let them know before someone else gets a dud but lines been busy for 20 minutes now. Of course, I’m going to take them back and see what happens.

I literally come every week day on break for lunch. Normally I'll get a buttered bagel and pumpkin iced latte. But today I changed it up. I got the maple bacon sandwich and I love it definitely recommend to the sweet tooth at heart.

I wanted to commend the young people that work at this busy location. They are always courteous, professional, and provide exceptional customer service with some fairly high-maintenance customers. I was especially impressed with Brooklyn who served me at the drive thru. She was apologetic of a very short wait and seemed to really enjoy her work.

Hey Taylor, I’m assuming the person in charge. LEARN the basics of customer service. Me: “ can I add a drink to my order” Staff: “ hey Taylor can she add a drink to her order” Taylor: rudely says no then proceeds. Oh and the bagel tasted ok compared to usual. The only person with good customer service there is the mid aged man

Wanted to give 0 stars, but it’s not an option unfortunately. I used to be a regular at this dunkin and have not been in quite some time. I almost forgot why I stopped coming here until I came here today to grab something quick. My husband and I went through the drive thru around 12pm (8/20) and ordered our coffees and a bagel with cream cheese. The girl on the loudspeaker had a very hard time understanding what we were asking for. Multiple times she stated the wrong order and multiple times we corrected her to make sure it was correct. I understand it can be hard to hear people, so this did not bother us! What DID bother us was when we came to the window, received an iced coffee that was only 3/4 of the way full (did not say a word about) and then received food that was very different than what we had ordered. My husband politely asked the girl at the window if we could get what we had originally ordered and explained the confusion (we had been charged a lot more for what we had received and were even fine just trading it out). The girl closed the window and came back saying (“ACTUALLY she said she asked you multiple times if this is what you wanted.”) Again, understanding the confusion but taken back completely by the attitude of the people working there; I offered to pay separately for my sesame seed bagel and keep what they had made (which by the way was absolutely atrocious- a bagel with Turkey sausage and vegetable cream cheese 😂). To this she told me she couldn’t do it- that I would still have to pay for something different and that they couldn’t even help us- we would have to pull back around the building and go through the drive through again to order from them. Absolutely not. I’d drive a million miles to go to any other Dunkin’ even though I work right next to this one. I cannot believe that everyone has been rating this place 1 star and they can’t figure it out. I run a business and a team of people and cannot imagine ever acting this way toward others. This would be a one star, but I’ve never had a problem with this Dunkin before. They’re pretty quick and always nice. However, today I got a biscuit from there and began eating it, until I found a hair in the sandwich. I also noticed that the bread of the biscuit was moldy. I probably will not be going back to this location.

If I could give them negative stars I would it's not my fault the employees here peaked in high school but the rudeness is amazing. They literally get angry because you want them to put your items in a bag. They try to hand you 7 items 1 by 1 as opposed to putting it in a bag and then get angry when you request items in a bag last time going to to horrible place.

Always dirty. The worst staff. No managers to help. They never have anything available. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a person at the drive thru window. They don’t resolve anything and you overpay without getting your food. They won’t refund you if they don’t have something you already paid for.
