Pathetic service . I waited 15 mints at drive through.. and after that I came inside and the guys are talking each other having fun and they don’t know about drive through customers . I asked them why are you not talking orders from drive through and just they faint have any answers.

On June/28/23 I went on this local Dunkin and placed a order for 10 dozen donuts 100 munchkin 2 box of coffee and 1 medium coffee I call one day before to make sure they have enough donuts so I can place order today for tomorrow whoever answered the phone said don’t worry come tomorrow morning and just place order and IT’s will be ready in 10 minutes The person at the register got shocked 😳 and said really you want to place a big order and start saying it’s gonna take long time I told him it’s not a problem just give me my medium coffee while you packing everything I can wait and enjoy my coffee I was waiting for my coffee more than 15 minutes then I went back to him and ask if my medium coffee is ready he said I told you it’s gonna take long time with nasty attitude I I said listen the medium coffee doesn’t take that long. Why are you making everything so complicated? Then manager come to me and said you have to wait for your order I told him sir I just want my medium coffee he looked around and you didn’t order an coffee I showed him my receipt and then he made my coffee Unbelievable customer service If they really want to RUn this Dunkin they need someone who can give them training how to work After waiting for 45 minutes I got my order And unfortunately this Dunkin is in my neighborhood Will you lose your business from me

I've only ever been to the drive thru here a few times, but I've always had great service. I assume Geo (I think I spelled that right 😬) is usually at the window in the mornings, and she has never gotten my large iced caramel and French vanilla latte, extra sweet with oat milk wrong. Every time I pull up to the window, she has the biggest, warmest smile that is so contagious and comforting. Even if I had to wait a little longer than usual, it's fine. She would smile and apologize, and I'd forget all about it. Such a beautiful person. 😍 I usually go on my watch to work so I never have time to go inside. Fter work I'm sure she's already gone as well as the rest of the morning staff. But great dunkin! Update: Not sure if this is a normal procedure but my last few visits to this location has me pulling to the side from the drive thru and waiting longer for my order. Sometimes I would get half of it and get told to pull over to the side and wait for my drink. It definitely doesn't appear busy and there's ample staff so I'm really not sure what the problem is but thus is the only drive through I've ever been to that does this and I don't like it.

Have been seeing lots of positive changes here in recent months with the staff. Store is clean. I love the look ever since they remodeled.

I Was at the West Carteret location the employee Jacob was super nice, informative patient, and great customer service,, he was quick and active taking my order and made sure my order was made to the detail for me and other customer I witness. Good humble hard working kid my son was with me and that was a good example for him. Thank you Jacob I will definitely visit this establishment more often

Went through drive-through to order something as simple as iced coffee, which they are known for and they completely messed up my order even after asking me what exactly it was!!! This place is literally falling apart.. no one knows exactly what’s going on.

Make sure they understand what you want before you pay at the drive thru. Three coffee's and three sandwiches isn't a hard order to take. Hands down wasn't a good first impression.

To say this Dunkin’ Donuts has changed is a complete understatement. Although it has changed ALOT, some of they’re staff have went above and beyond and adapted to the changes. Every day I walk in there Hannah greets me with her beautiful attitude and smile. She’s quick and efficient and helps out in different areas even when she’s specifically designated to drive through. I look forward to coming to this Dunkin specifically because of Hannah. If I could hire her to make my drinks every morning I would! When she’s not there it’s obvious. Another helping hand is Louis! Both of these kids do great at their job! Hannah gets a five star, Dunkin keep working!
