They never give me fresh doughnuts. EVER.
Lady on the intercom was rude, rushed us, and could hardly speak English. The wake up wraps were gross, overcooked yet cold, and not on the usual tortilla. Never usually go to this dunkin and won't ever again. Absolutely awful. We were in and out of the line quick which I thought was nice but I see why it was so fast now. Staff is too worried about their timer and don't care about the product. Annoying.
They forgot to give me part of my order and then tried to blame me. They did not apologize. Never say thank you or have any manners.
0 level customer service. Very noisy. All are only talking in Gujarati and not even 10% of English. They hardly speak English. I ordered 4 items ( Egg croissant, Plain and everything mini stuff bagels, and hash brown) and I got only 3 ( haven’t got hash brown) when I checked after reaching home. So don’t trust this Dunkin person. Please makes sure before leaving the store. Never ever go back again. The owner has to follow strict guidelines against the employees. If no one is in the store then they can speak or do anything but they have to make sure other customers as a priority. Customer is everything to them. Sorry...
Great coffee, awesome donuts, pretty decent fast breakfast foods. Only problem is depending on which Duncan you go to the service is hit or miss.
Never. Again. You know what to expect from Dunkin, but this location consistently messes up orders, overcharges, and/or provides bad food. I'm usually pretty patient and forgiving, but enough is enough. Today I ordered 2 Bacon Egg Cheese Croissants. It's supposed to be 2 for $6, but they somehow only rang up one for $4.20. When I explained that I had ordered 2, and the total should be $6+tax, she rang up a 2nd and charged me another $4.20. Two sandwiches for $8+?! And look at the quality they delivered (burnt croissant). So, never again. I'll drive a little further to North Ave or Army Trail west of Gary Ave. This location is never getting my business again.
Workers are rude here. I had a coupon for a free drink and the guy couldn’t put it on the computer and was just giving me a difficult time. He said I was doing everything wrong when I literally wasn’t he just didn’t know how the app works. I ended up going to a different Dunkin and they did everything with no questions.
With the amount of money, you guys make on a daily basis it’s not gonna cost the owners much to sit there and fix that pothole that’s tearing everyone’s car up in the morning. i’m sure a lot of Carol Stream would appreciate if you guys filled in that pothole.
