Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Caribou

Never really had an issue with this Dunkin until about a week ago. It was a weekend morning, probably 9am. My order took a long time, as it was busy (I get it) but what was unacceptable was receiving coffee that had spilled all over the outside of the cups, into the bag and onto the other items. Poorly packaged. Not only that, but the coffee were cold but they didn't have the flavor pumps I asked for, or the sugar in the hot coffee! I never received my croissant, and the bagel that I did get was RAW. It was uncooked and stone cold. You could tell it wasn't toasted. Still had cream cheese on it though. I had to double triple check my receipt. I understand y'all are busy but what was on the receipt and what I got, were two different things. I'm not sure what employee would feel ok with sending out such poor packages, cold food. I reached out to customer service and all I got was "we will reach out to that location, we hope you'll come back." Did I hear back from the Caribou location? No. Did I get my money back? No. Did I get to eat or drink my order? No. Will I come back? NO!! wish I could give 0 stars!

The person working the counter was wicked friendly and helpful and didn't rush us in making our order...which helped with my teen kid that has severe anxiety! Thank you

If you like Dunkin products, this is the best place as it's full service with tables & chairs in its own separate location. Staff always been accommodating & friendly in the half dozen times I've visited

I just came from this DDs and the grumpy lady who took my order was very rude when I asked for a decaf hot signature pumpkin spice latte and 2 regular hot pumpkin spice lattes. Then after I paid and got my coffees, the same grumpy lady who made my coffees raised her voice at the nice lady who was at the register saying "well I made decaf" with a very bad attitude. After I had paid and received my lattes, the two regular lattes were only filled half full with coffee and some whipped cream together. I paid $3 for HALF A CUP OF COFFEE!!! Not worth my money at all.

Love this place me and my kids go every other Sunday sometimes every sunday weather pending for breakfast the staff there are amazing and some have a nice sence of humor as well wish I knew their names such great people. Patience gets you far and I don't mind waiting they work hard its not like they're not doing their jobs. They do their best in Caribou

The manager, Robert, personally came out to assist me because I'm handicapped! What friendly staff!

So this afternoon between 3and 4pm I went through the dunkin donuts drive thru in caribou maine. After asking for several donuts that were either out of stock or no longer made, I was starting to get a little frustrated. But the woman at the window was so sweet and funny she kept me laughing. So I finally placed my order for something I had never had before. A apple filled donut stick. The window employee kept me laughing saying funny things to me like if I were you I wouldn't play the lottery tonight because you are not winning here. LOL. I can tell you because of her positive attitude I will definitely go back again. She took a negative situation and turned it into a laughing positive supportive situation. Thank you for that. This employee deserves recognition and a raise.
