Probably the best trained staff in all the Dunkin’s in the Farmington valley. Cappuccinos are what we order and they are made right ninety five percent of our visits. Very polite staff.
As a regular customer of Dunkin Donuts I was shocked and surprised that when I asked for a single glazed munchkin for my dog that I was told that I need to pay for it. The young man that was running the drive thru this morning 4/2/2023 at approx 10:30am is not customer service friendly at all. Pets have always received a dog treat in the past and when they are out they always offer a single munchkin. I suggest your crew watch a short video by Will Farrel called “Give them the pickle.” This video can be found online. Anyone in the customer service field should watch it. I am looking forward to being contacted by the owner to make this right. Let’s see if I get a response. - Jeff I
Not sure how or why but got a drink this morning on my way to work. Noticed that they didn't fill the drink the entire way up like they normally do. This place is great typically so I didn't think I'd have to check. Guess I'll need to keep an eye out
This is my favorite Dunkin.' The service and the are food great. All of the hot drinks are on point! As are the iced ones. It typically not too busy to sit inside and enjoy a hot coffee or whatever you choose. Great job to all the folks that work there! 👏
walked in this morning and staff looked at me didn’t greet me stood there for a minute (maybe three) and still no service. this isn’t the first time it’s happened and it’s getting tiring.
The last three weeks I've stopped by around 630ish on Tuesdays and Thursdays to get a drink on my way to pick my kid up from dance they have been closed. If your hours have changed resently please post them. Sign on window says 7.
We stopped here on our way to a softball game. We ordered donuts, muffins and coffee. As well as some bottled soda. I used the restroom, which was very clean and well kept. Overall it's a very well run business. And I would use this Dunkin store again.
I'm a regular at Dunkin and they always know the same thing I get everyday unless I change it ! I love the people that work here like I've known them forever one of my favorite Dunkin's ! Also customer service is outstanding I get smiles on my iced coffee every other morning it's the little things that make a difference in our day 😊
