Well, I took my young daughter to Dunkin DONUTS and they didn’t have any DONUTS except for a bunch of plain ones! Not to mention, all three employees made eye contact with me when we walked in and it still took over 3 minutes for one of them to speak to us. And no, they weren’t busy…certainly not busy making donuts! Highly disappointed and will not revisit this location!

Really friendly staff, and delightfully fast service. The drive-thru moves so quickly, and I'm always greeted with a smile and happy customer service at the window. Thank you!

Every time I go here, I either don’t get all of food, wait at the drive thru only to not ever get my food, or get SOME of my order and it’s so bad. Yesterday someone made the sweet tea with salt. I wanted to vomit. I had to go back to get a replacement drink and then when I finally got home, I realized I didn’t get and cream cheese or butter for my bagel and was missing an entire order of hash browns. This is honestly the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to and it makes me sad because I love Dunkin. Just go to the one on 23rd street.

Drive to 23rd for a better customer service The young lady with the huge eye lashes don’t have people skills at all so rude If I ask for a caramel coffee how are you are going to charge me extra for the milk 🙄 then I try to use my app to get my points and my $3 coffee and it wasn’t working -all she said if it’s not working is not working. I won’t stop at this location ever again

Ordered donut holes that were put in a bag, no box. The other donut was disgusting to look at so of course I didn’t try it and the croissant was cold and thrown together so messily it’s unreal. I was literally the only car in the parking lot besides the employee car. I just don’t understand why they couldn’t have done better.

Always clean, service has always been with a smile. We always stop in on our way to Panama City Beach.

Had issues with many mobile orders, always wrong, very rude customer service every time I go which was almost everyday but not anymore. Will go elsewhere.
