User Reviews

I'd give this Dunkin' Donuts 3 stars and a similar review to most others. In New England, it's all about coffee, breakfast, and the daily routine. During the morning rush between 6:30 - 8 am, expect longer waits. While the food and coffee are average and may not match up to Starbucks, Dunkin' is a part of the local culture. Service can vary, and quality isn't always consistent, but hey, it's Dunkies – a beloved part of life in New England.

Yuck.Been a DD customer for over 30 yrs in NY, this franchise was the worse of the worst. Coffee and lattee that were flavorless (think very weak hot water), a bagel with the taste and texture of cardboard.

5 stars. Reunited with the iced matcha latte after a long week on Nantucket. First time trying out the frozen matcha latte, the blended, sweet, slightly off color frozen counterpart to our beloved iced matcha latte. All is well

Service was slow. They didn't have my complete order ready to go.

Please tell me how this is a 4.0 .... I go to walk in at 5 am and they are not open. Yes I get it it. So I wait patiently. Team members glance over and say they are not open. I say to myself oh Google must be wrong oh ok. I knock to ask what time they do open..and the mgr and crew member walk to the back. I call trying to figure out why they walked away without simply letting the customer know what time they " do " open. I have kids that where waiting, as I left I heard on the drive thru speaker her say to open the front door. So I called again,. Letting them know there was no need for horrible service.

This is usually a busy place in the summer due to Cape Cod traffic so service may be slower despite the best efforts of the Dunkin staff. You can expect to get your favorite coffee just as you like it here, they do a great job getting people in and out.

Same as all DDs these days, horrible.

So not happy first of all walking to the door waited a while upfront nobody even realize that I was there and then when they did they told me to wait that someone will be right with me I place my order my son wanted to go grab some thing at the convenient store next-door I told them I’ll be right back I go grab whatever he wanted come back my coffee was still not ready then I got an attitude from one of the employees working there and then they just basically threw my coffee on the counter and not even apologizing that I had to wait so I grabbed a coffee and as I walked out same person she knows who she is sins around and tells me oh by the way you’re welcome, I mean why do I have to say thank you if you can’t even apologize that I was waiting and you didn’t take the time to make a customers coffee after they paid for it and you still taking your time making that coffee why do you work in that industry if you don’t have customer service experience or you want to be rude to a customer if we pay your salary as well. If it wasn’t for customers coming in buying coffee you won’t have a job I mean I run a business and I don’t read my customers like that I will go above and beyond for my customers no matter what even if I think that they not always right but I still do it I will never ever go back here again
