Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Browns Mills

if I could give 0 stars I would. I told myself I would stop going to Dunkin because of the poor customer service & half the time, the drinks aren't even made correctly. but against my better judgment, I decided to give them another try. I ordered the Frozen Ice Spice drink & an iced coffee on the app. of course when I come to pick up my order, the girl at the drive thru says they're cleaning the frozen drink machine & says they can refund me. I said ok, do you need my card? she said with an attitude "no, I can give you cash - you paid on the app." umm, so I paid cash on the app right? orrr.. trying to keep my composure as I had my kid with me, I said ok.. she hands me my money & my iced coffee. I said thank you. she said NOTHING, not sorry for the inconvenience, not have a goodnight, NOTHING. she just shut the window. not like anything will be done because yall always have horrible service and rude employees every single time I come through. maybe yall haven't noticed but everyone runs on STARBUCKS now & is exactly why I will drive out of my way to go there before going around the corner to DD.

Monday - Friday they are perfect, Saturday and Sundays they get my simple 2 drink order mixed up with someone else's (every time). Confronted management on the issue and I now understand why they have horrible service on the weekends (he refused to take responsibility on the restaurant's ongoing mistakes). Definitely avoid this restaurant during their "overwhelming" business hours.

Messed up my coffee order, & this is what I got for avacado toast with bacon. Not to mention the drive thru person was rude.

This location is ripping their customers off. If you order a latte. All your getting is flavored steamed milk. They don't even bother adding the coffee but still take your money.

I specifically said caramel in my coffee and he didn't put it up on the drive through screen, so I said "hey, just letting you know that I wanted caramel flavoring" and he said "yea i'll put caramel in." Proceeds to not put caramel in the coffee after I paid for and asked for it twice.

This is by far the worst dunkin ever!!! The morning shift employees are fine the afternoon/night employees are a joke!!! 2 people working and I just sat for over 15 mins in a long line at 630 pm just for a coffee. I know it's hard to find good workers but it might be time to pull those applications back out and start interviewing.

Browns Mills DD is the worse, food is never hot and never right, POOR quality of food, dry and burnt. Coffee is hot but they never get your order correct unless you say black Coffee

I don't think this should be the standard Dunkin. Do better please. Nobody wants to open their bag and see this on any day. Let alone on a Monday.
