Breakfast Menu "Dunkin" Brookfield

Just picked up a large delicious frozen chocolate with a senior discount. These types of drinks are only available during the summer. Young girl who waited on me was very pleasant and accommodating. Just a short distance north of Costco on the same side of the road.

I tried to give this Dunkin Donuts a few chances just for the fact that it is very close to my job. The drive-through used to be very good and quick. I guess there was a huge turnover rate. Because now I'm in the drive-through and it takes me 10 minutes to get a small coffee. Ive noticed the bad service comes from the teenage boy at the drive through in the early morning that always has a clueless look on his face...My last encounter I gave the cashier boy $10 bill ( I only had $10 bills at the time). My order has come up to $4.25; he gave me 75 cents and walked away. I was still holding out my hand with the change he gave me, and I told him ive given him a $10. He seemed to lanic and got the manager, and the manager asked the teenage boy if he made a mistake. And he was somewhat-positive I gave him a 5. The manager got my information to "Look back at the cameras" and I still have not gotten a call back. I was also denied a receipt for my order. I had to leave since this made me 10 minutes late to work. I tried calling multiple times throughout the day and the line is always "busy", Most dissappointing service I've ever had. This is the last time I will be going to this Dunkin. FOUR times in a row of bad service of almost going there daily, is too many. Take that boy off of the drive through until he is trained properly. He clearly has no idea what he's doing. I noticed that when he asked me if I wanted my COLD BREW hot or cold. And I had to repeat it to him 3 times before it clicked. If you dont have to be anywhere and you have 10-15 minutes to kill at the drive through, go for it. If not go to another Dunkin.

The young lady behind the counter was amazing she was the only one working and she was running the drive through, the counter and preparing the food. She did all that and I barley had to Waite. The employees of this location are the reason I drive buy many other dunkin donuts to go to this one

I go here 6 days a week with two others, we literally order the same three drinks everyday. Yet every day they mess it up. Omit the cream, omit the sugar, omit the flavor shot, add cream when not wanted etc. I use order on the go, they still wait until I'm there to start making it. They use granulated sugar for gold coffees which doesn't disolve. They never once have mixed or blended the drinks (cream or sweetener into the voffee). I walked into the store and said my name, that I ordered on the go...the lady stared blankly then went to get another girl who understood and could speak English. We gave them 20+ tries to get an order correct and every single order has been made incorrectly. In suppose it's still my fault for going there time and time again expecting it to be right once.

Friendly staff and a good variety of menu options available. Usually very clean with good seating available to meet up with friends or to relax and get some work done. Orders completed quickly. NO drive-thru!

This is my favorite place but today this guy didn’t even see me here I was here for like 5 min even took a picture He was too busy talking on the phone on the job not even to see me by the window it’s like wtf Again never had any issue with this place this was 1st time this guy gotta go.sorry very disrespectful

Do yourself a favor and either go to the Dunkin located at 7 federal rd or just get Starbucks. 20 minutes for two coffees and my lunch break is almost over. Then the coffee is always wrong, you have to stand around waiting while they joke in Spanish, you’d think making coffee is rocket science...

This store and its employees are super good. Their coffee is fresh and good every time. I drive past two Dunkin stores to have my coffee here.
