I ordered about $40 worth of food for a function this morning and they asked me to wait in the parking spot while they finished. No problem! As the woman came out to give me everything she said "next time you order this big would you please come in"... I'm sorry but that is what they pay you for. great customer experience right? i already dont like dunkin, but this dunkin will never be gone to again by me. food was a mess, the drinks sucked. great job dunkin.

Every time my coworker and i come here everyone always has attitudes throwing our food on the counter barely get my order right i have to talk them like robots because they don’t understand us

Love the new cold brew with sweet foam. Some days there are long lines but the employee's get me moving to work quickly and are always really polite. Numerous times other customers have even paid for my coffee...nothing wrong with coffee and smiles!

I have been going to this Dunkin for over 5 years, nearly every day Mon-Fri on my way to work. The folks who work here are funny and kind - they even remember my order most mornings just by my voice, which honestly warms my heart. I have always received great service here and just wanted to share my experience!

Got a cold brew black tasted fine. I also got a sweet black pepper bacon on an english that only came with half the bacon and was FILLED with black shavings from the sandwich station oven mat. Learn how to clean

I'm usually there every Wednesday with a friend around 10:30am. We are both senior citizens. The biggest issue we have is that is the time this place decides to wash the floors. It can be very slippery depending who is doing the washing. At times there is no wet floor signs. It's not a slow time as we see many people coming in. I think you should think about customer safety and change the time to wash floors. A minor issue is that depending who is taking our order whether we are given a senior discount.
