Well stocked munchkins. They even had blueberry munchkins! Our families favourite, should of gotten 50 instead of 25. They were gone before I could get my fourth....
4-5 employees on staff but each seemed to ignore both my husband and I for about 3 minutes while we waited to place an order. Finally, I got the attention of an employee who asked if she could help me. I tried placing an order for a large strawberry coolatta (I had a craft drink promo on my app, drink should have been free. Coupon was good through 6/11/23). I also ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese. Well, the female cashier couldn't seem to get the drink to come off my order so she called one of the other employees over. He also failed. This made no sense to me as I never have trouble in my hometown with the app. Anyhow, I just ended up paying my bill with my app, and lost out on that coupon which I had converted 900 DD points to receive. My bagel seemed to be nuked, not toasted and had a rubbery texture to it; the coolatta had too much slushy ice and not enough flavor liquid. I had to let it sit for 10-15 minutes in order to drink it from a straw once it had melted a bit. As if this wasn't irritating enough, ditto for my husband's order, right down to the failed coupon on the app. Will avoid this location for future DD runs.
Maybe it’s a matter of taste… I hate the coffee over there (litteraly tastes like soy sauce) and the food isnt great aswell. Too bad you can find Dunkins everywhere in the US, they are EVERYWHERE
Dunkin’ Donuts lower rd Brewster ma ALWAYS the best employees! I go out of my way to frequent this location. Kenya waited on me today… SO friendly and efficient! Don’t loose him… Kenya needs a raise… you must keep him!!
Coffee was awful. Flies on all the donuts. Bathroom was disgusting as well.
They forgot to give us our donuts and I had to go up and request the order.
Two stars but not for the employees. Barely 2 stars given to the manager! 2 stars is way too generous for this manager. She was reaming out a young woman working there in front of everyone. I told the employee she was doing a good job and not to worry, as I glared at the manager. Get a manager who has some compassion.
Manager was working the orders and register. Fast moving, great service and with a smile. That's a DD I'd go back to!
