Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Brattleboro

Better than most I've been to. Fast, friendly. Only reason I gave 4 stars is when I went inside, there were several piles of dirt swept into piles, but not picked up which I believe should have been done right away.

I went over this morning to get an ice coffee. My order is simple I say it clearly. I asked for a large ice coffee with 6 shots of vanilla, 6 cream and 6 liquid sugar. When I get my coffee after waiting 10 minutes just to order, I get half way home and realized my coffee says: 2 extra swirl, 6 vanilla shots, 6 cream and 6 GRANULATED sugars. Two of these I didn’t ask for. Plus why would you put granulated sugar in ice coffee? I hope in the future y’all can listen to the customers better and put what they ask for in their coffee.

On may 5th at 10:00 we politely ordered 2 coffees, 1 strawberry donuts and 4 Boston creme. After the Boston creme the girl rudely said "how many donuts are you going to order?!" We said "just the 5". Our order was done so we pulled up. The young man working the window thrust out stuff out at us hurriedly and rudely. They also got the simple order wrong giving us the wrong donuts. The girl inside was audibly rude to her coworker in front of everyone. The worst service I've ever got at a dunkin. I guess you're not supposed to order donuts at Dunkin donuts

I have been going here like it's my job. Unfortunately, one incident ruined it all. Plus they are all miserable . It's worth going to Putney Rd. Instead, they say good morning or have a good day.

I have gone here a handful of times, but the past 2 times they aren’t making food 1.5 hours before the closing time, only drinks. I came to the window, I couldn’t understand what the person was saying and instead they mumbled while yelling to take my order. They then tell me they aren’t making food anymore, so I ordered a drink. I got a large and they gave me 1/2 to 2/3 filled drink, said goodbye and didn’t give me a straw. I asked for a straw, and they gave me a very small straw for my large drink. That’s it. The customer service sucks. I’m NOT going here again after multiple poor customer service experiences and employees with no basic common sense.

So SICK of listening to the constant YELLING to the other staff about orders. Cannot sit and enjoy your food or coffee. Its HORIBLE!!

Very nice, clean place. The staff were super friendly.

The employee was doing the bare minimum. We ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich and it was cold, we ordered a toasted bagel with butter and the butter was in the hole of the bagel and it wasn't toasted, we ordered a toasted bagel w/ cream cheese and the cream cheese was just a glob and the bagel barely toasted, the two chocolate glaze donuts were the only thing they did right. You don't even have to try for the donuts.
