Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Braselton

Great service and wonderful morning crew today, I didn't get to catch their names but they were just the sweetest. I ordered my coffee a little too sweet and I went back inside to see if I could by a new drink because of it and they offered to make me another one for free and that it wasn’t a big deal. It really made my day and they all smiled at me. Thank you Dunkin!

Great service, they were out of Bismarck with chocolate on top filled with vanilla cream. She surprised me by making a couple for me AMD they had a lot of cream. Most of the time at other Dunkins there is not very much in them.

Excellent Dunkin' that's right off the interstate. This location was built within the last year so it's very clean, new. Appears to be well staffed as I've never waited long for my order. Friendly service. Lots of donuts!

I arrived at this location around 11am and placed my order through the drive thru. I assume it was the manager who took my order. She was short and demeaning. I could over hear her speaking to the employees in a harsh manner as well. The young girl who handed me my food exhibited tremendous self restraint and great customer relations. She did look dejected as a result of this shift manager I would assume. Hope this location identifies a more pleasant manager to take responsibility for the atmosphere at Dunkin. Maybe she was just having a bad morning, but professionalism demands you treat others with respect and courtesy.

I have never been to a more well run Dunkin’ Donuts! stoped off the highway, placed an order right as I got in the drive through and by the time I got to the window they already had it ready (in less than 2 minutes I recon). Tasted amazing. Friendly staff. All round would make it a point to stop along here on my way down the highway again

Dunkin Donuts stopped giving free bday drink also offers no senior discount! Lanie was super sweet. Want a good discount and FREE senior coffee go to Wendy's!

The manager Brandi and assistant manager Madi are really wonderful ladies. I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. These two managers know exactly how to run this location, they know how to treat their staff with respect and therefore the staff works hard and respects them. It truly is teamwork. I hope that the owners appreciate and compensate them properly and understands the value they bring to the business. All of the staff from Araceci, Cyndi, Michelle, and everyone else really are great & respectful employees. Great service, great coffee and excellent employees!!!! They’re like family 😊

Came through drive thru with my niece. She ordered avocado toast with tomatoes, Mango Pineapple gree tea, and a chocolate croissant. The Dunkin' Donuts staff were friendly at speaker and got the order correct. There was a mistake on getting all all items out but they corrected it and it was out with a smile. Awesome service.
