I don’t know why I keep going to this location. Maybe because it’s close to my house and on my way to work but it is not worth it. The dough nuts from here are so bad. There is never any glaze or icing on them and they are dry and hard. The coffee is just lacking all around. Very disappointing. If you can - go to the Bechtelsville location. They are friendly and coffee and dough nuts are always good!

I mean common guys would you eat this, this is like becoming an issue. You guys are the only Dunkin that consistently burns the bagels.

Unfortunately, more often than not, the coffee (latte) is never made with espresso (just the regular coffee) and sometimes without the coffee altogether. The girl deemed like she wasn't paying attention and asked for me to repeat myself multiple times throughout the order. I really want one of these experiences to be positive. It seems systemic, not just this location, but throughout the area. Dunkin' you really need to do better.

Awful customer service. Employees are incompetent and couldn't care less about anything. They all have attitudes. Did not give me my change so I had to drive back once I realized, then did not know how much to give me, I told them what I gave and what the total was, and they still gave me incorrect amount of change. There is no way they did not know. I think they were too lazy to count change. Who thinks they don't have to give people their correct change? Also very very slow and no urgency to do their job. They don't care if you were waiting in line forever, they will still make you wait, or look right at you and ignore you. Something needs to be done about this location as there are many other awful reviews. I called corporate. And I am NOT one to be a Karen. I've never left a bad review or called corporate before in my life.

The worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Coffee is never right.. they are always out of doughnuts, and if they do have them they are stale and old… the sandwiches/wraps taste and smell like chemicals.. staff is rude, unorganized, and they never use gloves. So gross. The owners should be ashamed.

I like the strawberry frosted donuts and the little drink thingy

The food tastes like soap. They must not let the food trays dry after cleaning cause everytime I get food here it taste like soap. Don't order donuts cause they never have any. Horrible service and constant eye rolls when they're using a 1950s speaker box no wonder they can never hear or understand you @the drive-thru.

ABSOLUTELY THE RUDESET CREW AND MANAGER. I will never be returning to this location. I ordered multiple coffees today. Keep in mind I go to this dunkin very often. When ordering my coffee the young girl at the register was very rude and pushy.. Whatever I let it go. All of my coffees were made wrong and I said something asked to have them re made. I got a few eye rolls from the young girl and an apology from another. She said they were right and clarified that one of my coffees was Decaf. I left. When I got home I gave my mom the "Decaf" coffee and she immediately knew that there was cafine in it. I called the store to speak to a manager. This lady was one of the rudest people I have ever spoken too. Told me I was a liar and they remade the coffee she watched the other girl. Which is all good and fine I'm not denying they remade it HOWEVER IT WAS PUT INTO THE SAME CUP AS THE CAFFINATED COFFEE which means the cup had caffeine in it. This "manager" argued with me and was super nasty. I asked her name and for the corporate number or the general manager. She deniedgiving me any of the information. I will be Contacting the higher ups and reporting her as well as the other crew members. I would give this location zero stars if I could. It gets worse and worse every time I go there. I stopped going to the one in Bechtelsville because I liked this location better. Not anymore.
