Breakfast Menu "Dunkin'" Boardman

I didn’t get food, I got a bunch of gift cards for my employees and Evelyn took care of me. She was wonderful and organized and had a great attitude. I knew what I was asking for was tedious and time consuming and there were other customers who needed taken care of so Evelyn got another high spirited employee to take care of them instead of rushing me out and I really appreciate that. You don’t see good service like this very often these days. Thank you!

Never again!! at 7pm oder 194 .When inside the store with my kids to get some food to go, we couldn't stay all tables were all dirty and the cashier gave me the bag with a missing order, when I got closer to the register she pass by a few times and then stared fixing her bras and scratching her armpit finally when I got her attention I told her about my missing order and she said ohhhh yeah I forgot walked away and when to the drive tru window to talk so someone she knew, waited another 20 mins, another person completed my order!!! The store need to check the Camaras !!! Thats not healthy!! Unprofessional and nasty!!

I had such a craving for donuts today so I bought a dozen for my office! What a great treat it was. I love the maple Long John donuts they have there. Very fresh and really tasty. #supportlocalbusinessowners

The girl at the window this time did not say hi or greet us and had no smile at all. Didn’t say a word not even ‘here you go’ or ‘you’re welcome’. It doesn’t hurt to share a smile or greeting.

The wonderful lady working the counter on the weekdays is absolutely amazing. She sees me pull in and starts my order by the time I get in there I’m being cashed out and getting to work!!!!!

It's a pretty standard dunkin. Very clean inside but staff has gotten my order wrong multiple times in a row. Every time I order a sausage Sourdough sandwich I get a regular bacon one. This time I ordered the sausage one and there were two bacon sandwiches in my order instead of the one sandwich I actually ordered. Drinks are always fine but sandwich makers need to maybe pay a little more attention to their jobs.

This is my first time leaving a review, so basically my experience here was so bad I felt I needed to leave one. I've had questionable experiences in the past with this Dunkin but decided to give it another try. I submitted a mobile order and jumped in line. The line took quite a while, which doesn't upset me terribly, but definitely wasn't a positive. I finally get to the window. Lady #1 hands me my order and barely looks at me, I say "thank you" and she just walks away My entire order is wrong. I got two sandwiches despite only ordering one (one was burnt anyways.) I ordered two chai lattes and got two iced coffees instead. And the donut I ordered? Well, perhaps it was on its way, but as I mentioned the lady at the window walked away without even looking at me, so I just drove off into a parking spot. I hop out of my car and walk in. I'm met at the counter by another lady and simply say "Hello, my order is wrong. These were supposed to be chai lattes and I didn't receive my donut." Lady #2 corrects my order, and when she hands it and I smile and say "thank you" she also walks away without even looking at me. In her defense, she seemed younger and seemed stressed about the clearly toxic work environment, and the drinks she made were solid. But when my entire order is incorrect and I'm being nice about it, I need at least a "I'm sorry!" In return.

Out of sausage and hash browns after waiting 10 minutes so no time to go anywhere else being I have to work!
