I've had mixed experiences here. First time the latte tasted like the milk was bad, really gross. Second time drinks tasted great. Third time it took an absurdly long time to take the order and get the drink, but it was good.

Just stood at the front cash register in the gas station for 15 mins watching the employees take care of only the drive thru. 2 employee acknowledged me and said I’ll be right with you, but never came. There was 3 other customers behind me. All they cared about was the customers in drive thru. I’ll just go to Starbucks. No thank you!

Come here at least 4 times a week, before and after work. They're consistent, staff is always nice, I've never had an issue. Love this Duncan.

Just sat in drive through for 24 minutes for a mobile order with just 3 cars in line. We get our order and they gave me a matcha latte when I ordered a regular latte. Then I have to wait it line for 10 minutes inside the store to get a refund. This isn’t a one time occurrence. You will ALWAYS wait for an excessive time in the drive through and it’s worse inside the store. I recommend going to Bloomin’ Bean (local spot) right up the road OR if you really want Dunkin, go to the Two Notch location.

This is not my favorite Dunkin, but it's the one closest to my home. I was pleasantly surprised to see there was a good variety of donuts to choose from when I stopped by on a Friday morning at 9:30. And they were fresh! On the other hand, the kid behind rhe counter had no personality, no customer service skills, and looked like it was killing him to be working. I'm sticking with QT at I-77 exit 24 for my donuts. Better service and donuts are just as good.

I went through drive thru for a coffee. 3 cars in Front of me and it took 20 mins. Worst drive thru experience ever.

The staff was nice, but not enough help. Waited 20 minutes for 2 plain cups of coffee. The coffee was terrible, after trying to drink part of it, we threw it away. Sorry to say this was a disappointing Dunkin.

Dunkin inside a gas station. Super slow service. Gave up waiting for breakfast after 5 minutes with the line moving 1 person. Will not return to this location.
