I wish 10 stars was an option. Rolled up to the drive through early tuesday morning as a group of 3. We ordered 3 coffees and 3 egg sandwiches. We didn’t wait for more than 45 seconds before it was ready. These employees are absolute magicians! We checked the bag to see what was missing… nothing! Took my egg sandwich, ready to eat the usually subpar meal and was surprised again. “What is this!?!” I exclaimed. “ A perfectly toasted bagel. The egg is warm! My Lord, the cheese is even melted!” This was a first for me. Couldn’t recommend this DD anymore. Kudos to the staff here. That being said… go to Roaring Lion Farm if open. That place slaps.

Hair in my sandwich tried calling five times in a row nobody picked up. Leaving was rushed at the window and then the lady had a problem with us adding stuff to our order. I always have a problem here. Even if it’s just a coffee

First, you don't write a review for a chain unless the experience is extreme. For a change I have had an amazing experience at a D&D. The young man behind the counter was friendly, attentive, and considerate. The work in the back was orderly and efficient. I have finally found workers who work hard, deserving a real wage.

Terrible customer service. Not by the young person at the counter (who seemed new and just needed some guidance), but by the bleach blonde older woman who was at the cook station. She was SCREAMING across the lobby at the cashier ( with customers watching) asking what bagel I ordered and when the the cashier was too stunned to respond she screamed at ME and thought it was okay if she just added “honey” when addressing me. I told the cashier that she didn’t deserve to be spoken to that way. There was a nice younger man (tall, blond longer hair) that was very kind to her and helped her. My everything bagel had maybe 30% coverage of seeds.

Have Not had a problem with drive through. Pleasant easy experience. -Going Into and Ordering has taken way Longer then it should.- A suggestion I Have and or thought is - if they could get a rhythm going from customers inside the store ordering and the drive through I believe they could get all orders right. -I do Agree though it seems if Dunkin had another set of egg and bacon heaters or cookers what ever they are. They could do better for the amount of people that do go through there. I have had my order on coffees wrong many time for me so I DO Drive Through its grate people every time.

This store really needs to up its cleanliness game. The restroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, even though there is a sign that says there restrooms were deep cleaned every 60 Minutes. The food preparation area just behind the counter was filthy, with crumbs rappers and overflowing trash can clearly visible from the dining room.

The fact that I had to repeat my self multiple times just to get my stuff they didn't give me my recipt and they were being mean

Wish I could leave less of a star because one is far to much for this useless place Service is lackluster and workers are lazy and lie to customers so they do not have to work NO Hot chocolate but can a frozen hot chocolate??? Useless staff find another store
